I called to find out the price for the HVAC refrigerant and was requested to provide my license number. Explained that I’m not a licensed technician, but working with the technician who has license and who will make a purchase on my behalf if the price is right. Person on the phone refused to simply share the price tag for the product (what the big deal to share the price?!). Wouldn’t call this place ever again. And that lead me to give a 1 star review….
What truly made a difference is the owner returned call back the same day and sincerely acknowledged his mistake and miscommunication in such a simple situation. Additionally, owner asked regarding the issue I’m working on and how he could help to resolve my problem and maybe make the process easier for me. That’s along deserving a respect!!! I’m working for military and things like that speaks volumes! So despite the initial frustration, the overall experience left a positive impression. This is how business should be run!
