First service at a new house. Inspector did a good job reviewing the system and making sure everything was working well.

We are the first people to live in our home. Unfortunately this company did not install the HVAC units/ductwork properly in our home along with the dampers and other accessory items. We have water falling out of nearly every vent in the house, including the vent hood above our range. It is actually ruining our plaster vent hood and will need to be completely replaced at this point in the near future. And I’m talking massive puddles falling out of the hood not just small water drips. I have had them out several times. They seem to claim that this is somewhat normal (? I have lived in 4 new builds in this is the only one I have ever had this happen in) but aside from that the technicians have admitted that the dampers are probably not correctly installed, the ductwork may get too narrow in some areas, and that they are probably missing returns in some areas. One of the techs they sent out even pulled up the original plans they created for our home because they were sure that the drywall must have been done over a return- it wasn’t, it was just never installed. Instead of fixing the original installation issues they tried to quote me $1000 to fix the issues. I’m sorry but if you didn’t do It right in the first place I’m not going to pay for you to fix your wrongdoings. The owner has yet to call me and clearly doesn’t care about his quality of work/business. I have gotten the runaround for months now after having them out the first time because none of the units are properly balanced amongst our house. I heard two weeks ago the owner would call Monday with a resolution and have yet to hear back. I am tired of waiting and no one should have to go through this with a company refusing to just do the job right the first time. No one should have to pick which rooms they want AC in and consistently be worried about water damage, mold, appliances, and cleaning up water puddles. Imagine having guests over and water just starts pouring out of a return vent… that’s what you will get from these guys! Beware!

Edited to add to the review since the owner still responds with zero accountability- the technicians have visited and messed with our settings being on 71° in our home but it actually reading much cooler. Them messing with the settings has nothing to do with us and was their own suggestion. We do not keep our house at 68° nor has that claim been made. The original owner did not do modifications to any vents. Painting a vent hood and replacing counters and cabinets is not home modifications. What a silly claim. No one has lived here and voiding a warranty because the home trades hands does not mean that you get to improperly install something then not correct the issue. You still have my number on hand and can use it to resolve the issue. I will continue to share for all in the neighborhood/local area to not use you. It’s crazy how many opportunities you have been given to right your wrongs and you refuse. As business owners ourselves we are shocked in the lack of customer care.

Super easy to deal with. Great pricing and the sales person was awesome. The install guys made sure everything was do correctly and they did a great job of cleaning up after the job. One satisfied customer here!!
