On to the issue. I had a water leak coming from the garage where my washing machine would drain. Solution Plumbing was the third place I called, but after Joe came by to take a look I knew they were the right people to fix my issue, and they did quickly without sacrificing work quality.

We needed a plumber as soon as possible. We was concern it being a holiday weekend, it would be a problem or extremely costly for emergency service. Solution Plumbing excellent! Joey was at our home quick, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, repaired the water leak in less than a hour and the cost was very reasonable!! I recommend Solution Plumbing.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, did a great job installing our new water heater. Once we called we did not have to wait a long time and it was installed in a reasonable amount of time. We highly recommend. We give Solution Plumbing a 5 star rating. Very pleased customers 😀

Made the call at 4:55pm and Joey arrived at my home around 5:20pm which was right before the winter storm weather began. Even though I repeated to him several times I appreciated him coming out as fast as he did I don’t think he realized how much of a lifesaver he was tonight! Definitely will be calling him if I need any other plumbing work and I will not hesitate to refer him to anyone I know needing work done. Thanks again Joey, you’re the best!

We were originally recommended by neighbors to go with John Moore but the person who ame out gave us news that we had an outdated system of polly pipes , that we needed to spend thousands on a whole new plumbing system and that no other plumbing company works with what we have... We were heart broken to hear this and i was truly upset (not just because im pregnant but to have bad news about our new home we JUST moved into on June 15th 2024). Hubby and i only knew basics but not on a professional level to be confident in what they were saying was true. So with our guts we googled plumbers and found Solution Plumbing..... Praise God! Alexi & Joey came to our home right on time and were awesome to call before hand to let us know when they were on there way. They were amazing at helpful information that, not only did the plumber guy from John Moore lied (it was not polly it was Pex mixed!!), but we that we also actually have decent pipes for a house built around 2002! With this information they were able to physically fix what needed to be fixed and they also even helped us install a dishwasher! They have amazing Professionalism in knowledge of their field, Personable to help show us everything they were doing and communicating well with us, and they weren't charging us an arm and a leg!!!!! I'm truly grateful to have a humble & reliable plumbing company my family and I can call in the future 🙏. Thank you Joey & Alexi for helping us

Had a sewage backup problem. Joey, the owner called me to advise me how long before he could be there after he finished the present job he was on. Showed up when promised, listen to my description of my problem and pulled the drain cleaner out of his truck. He had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes. Reasonable price, knowledgeable, on time. Solution Plumbing will be in my contacts for any plumbing problem!

We have called on Solution Plumbing twice now and have been more than pleased on both occasions. Our service provider Joey arrived the same day we placed our call for water leaking from a hot water heater. He quickly assessed what was wrong. He offered options including the costs and expected longevity of our choices. His work was thorough, explained fully to us and the price was very reasonable. We will continue to rely on Solution Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future.

Outstanding, excellent service! Joey and Alexi are very trustworthy! There are many companies out there today that will rip you off. Not Solution Plumbing! As a Senior, I can assure you, they will give you a reasonable price and their workmanship excellent! A great Company!

1. I called on Saturday and they arrived that day at the time I needed them there.
2. The plumber immediately showed his Masters plumber license.
3. He quoted up front before he did any work and kept me updated on the running bill as he found more leaks.

Constructive feedback about Solutions Plumbing
1. The “master plumber” took 6 hours to fix multiple leaks - especially the one that he had to go back to three times. I was two hours late for a family function but oh well.
2. I requested PEX piping to be used and he refused to do so saying that it would decrease the value of my home. He said multiple times that copper was the way to go and that is why he installed commercial copper?! Probably to keep the cost of his services higher.
3. The “master plumber” added that PEX and Sharkbite fittings were for DIYers and real plumbers don’t use them. I explained that all new homes use it and he said it wasn’t the way to go. I disagreed but because I didn’t have running water for two weeks, I went ahead with it.
4. Found the “master plumber” to be slightly condescending. Maybe because he is a “master plumber”.

Gave me a time for arrival. When the end of that window drew near I had to call to get an update. Was told they were finishing up and would be there in 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later I called and, asked what was going on. Seemed irritated and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Never showed up or called.

I get it if you have a rough day but communication is important.

My experience & review is sadly very similar to the one posted three weeks ago. We logged the job yesterday (7/19) & the receptionist said the plumber would be out between 3:00 & 3:30. Nobody showed up. Called just after 4pm to ask for an update. Told that a big emergency job had come up after we had initially called & he was stuck on that & they'd call us back by 5pm to tell us what was going to happen. We didn't receive a call & when I called them at 5:30 it went straight through to voicemail. No further communication was received after that.

This is obviously a rough time for the proprietors but as the last reviewer said, communication is the key. If someone had called us yesterday to say that he couldn't make it that evening we would have understood completely & rescheduled for today if possible. Unfortunately we had to go with another service.
