The website says they are open and no need for appointments. Well, that is not true. If you go there they REQUIRE an appointment AND if you call the number listed on the door per the paper they have hung there for information and scheduling, good luck getting them to answer. If/When they do answer, they will not let you in even if they are not busy. They tell you to email them to setup an appointment. Well, there again, there is no email listed on the door sign or instructions to email them. Sorry, I don't play the run around game. If they are like this just to get into the place, imagine what experience you will have for getting something ordered and install. Not thanks! There are other places that have a whole lot better customer service than this.

I work here locally at a remodeling company and have used Moore Supply for multiple projects. Great store, great staff at the Tomball location. One person in particular is my main contact. She helps our customers in the showroom and me with every single question I have. I have felt like customer service is a dying art at so many different places but thank you Hannah Spangler for always reminding me that there are still people out there like you! I have been and will continue to recommend you to all of our customers and I can not say enough to express how amazingly you represent your company! Thank you so much!!! P.S.
