Reviews of local pros in Tomball, Texas

I've used JT Southern for years. Jason is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I never worry about my system or being taken advantage of with him. He explains everything he's doing and why. 100% recommend to everyone!!

Mr. Jason did a great job. I informed him that I had my AC on the roof of my house. Other companies would not accommodate that he showed up with a big ladder and was able to fix my air conditioning.

Great communication, fast and professional install, and house cooling so much better after the upgrade of both upstairs and downstairs systems. Never thought I’d be looking forward to 95+ degree days, but here we are! Highly recommended.

Jason was very helpful and nice. He helped me understand what system I had and my upgrade options. He was very nice and not pushy at all as some salesmen are.

I CAN’t say enough good things about JT Southern Heat and Air. During a previous visit, they caught a major issue with my heating unit—something that was likely only one winter away from causing a serious house fire, all thanks to a buildup from my pups and lack of regular maintenance. That visit alone left such a strong impression that I didn’t hesitate to call them back for my spring tune-up.

What really stands out is the honesty and integrity. He doesn't overcharge or push unnecessary services—he genuinely wants to fix the issue and make sure your system is running safely and efficiently. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable who you can trust to take care of your home. I’ll be sticking with JT Southern for all my HVAC needs!

Jason is professional, on time and thorough. I would recommend JT Southern and Air to anyone needing A/C service.

JT Southern Heating and Air quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, explaining every step of the process and ensuring I understood what was being done. The service was efficient, and they left the area spotless. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason to anyone in need of HVAC services—it's rare to find someone so skilled and dedicated

Jason was recommended by our painter. We had a small leak come through after our ceiling was fixed. Jason came right out. He did great work in a timely fashion.

Such a gentleman, he had videos to explain to me what was going on and was patient in his explanation. Honest and hard working we will stick with him till he dies, hopefully not anytime soon.

Jason was here in less than an hour after he got my call about our A/C unit not functioning properly. He was efficient and had my unit up and running in no time. He was also available on a holiday weekend, thankfully! Highly recommend JT Southern Heating and Air.

Secondary drain line was leaking. Jason came out and cleared all of my drain lines, rebuilt the primary drain line off of one of the pans that was incorrectly flowing uphill (🤦‍♂️), and installed overflow protection so that I don't have a bigger problem if anything ever clogs. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

JT was great he came out immediately and got the job done! Very professional and we will use him at all our facilities going forward!!

I’ve had Jason come to check out our system twice now, and he does great and honest work. He doesn’t try to upsell or overcharge. He gave all the options available for the issue we had. Highly recommend.

Jason has helped out with all of the work he was able to do to get my AC unit up and working, he is amazing and a great team player... THANK YOU!

Our AC went out during a heatwave and he came through on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. No upselling, just quick and honest repair work. Fair pricing and the house was cool again in no time. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Completed my heat tune-up quickly, and made sure everything was running efficiently. Friendly, professional, and thorough—highly recommend!

When my AC went out, JT Southern Heating and Air was exactly who I needed. Jason is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly trustworthy—he takes the time to explain what’s going on and never tries to upsell you on things you don’t need. That kind of honesty is rare. Jason shows up, gets the job done right, and leaves you with peace of mind. Every time. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares about doing a great job, I highly recommend Jason and his team.

I have total confidence in JT Southern HVAC. They provide expert service at reasonable costs. This is a company you can trust to give you the best value service.

Jason and his team were absolutely wonderful! Jason was able to come out and inspect my equipment and give me multiple thorough quotes on the same day that I first contacted him. They also were able to do the install just a couple of days later. His pricing was great and he was very fair. They were all kind and professional. I'm incredibly happy with my new HVAC system!

Jason is so knowledgeable, and does a great job of meeting any budget and need we have for our rental properties. He is counted as a preferred vendor for us. Thank you for everything Jason!

I’m so grateful for the fast service! My AC went out on a Sunday, and Jason was able to come out last minute. The technician was professional, friendly, and had my unit fixed quickly. I really appreciated the prompt response and quality work, highly recommend! 🌟
