Reviews of local pros in Tomball, Texas

We had a great customer service experience today and thought we should share it with the community.

The construction on our street has been done for a few months so we wanted to get the dust/dirt/whatever cleaned off the roof/brick/windows/drive and walk.

Pristine exterior clean from Tomball did a great job and we will use their services again.

Mark completed our roof wash and the difference is amazing. He also cleaned some areas that wasn’t part of the job. Great communication and was early to the job. Thank you.

So we are in the process of selling our home. After doing a bunch of work to get ready to list, our real estate agent recommended that we pressure wash our stone paver driveway, the wood ceilings over our patio, and travertine pool deck. I wasn’t excited about having to do more work....

I’m sure glad I did!

I could hardly believe the difference that the work made. Really made the home show like new!!!

Highly recommend Mark and his crew. They did a great job!

John was a pleasure to work with, he power washed my home and driveway in a timely manner. friendly, punctual and efficient at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using his services in the future and recommending him to my neighbors.

Mark cleaned out my gutters and made my driveway and porch area look brand new! Thanks for the excellent service. With all the rain we’ve had, it gives me peace of mind to know the gutters are free and clear.

I honestly never write reviews on companies but I couldn't not share the great experience that I had with Mark and Brett. They were very professional and thoroughly explained what services I needed and why. I'll be honest, I had no idea of the issues that we were having with our roof and how bad it was. My driveway and patio look restored as if it were the first day the house was built. Not only that but the soft wash they did on my roof will extend the life of the roof and because of the techniques they use it will not effect my warranty (I did a lot of research before actually hiring them). If I recommend anyone in the area it would definitely be them!

Mark came this morning and power washed our house and driveway, and I couldn’t be happier! It looks so much better. He was here on time, brought all the equipment, and the job was completed at the price quoted.
Thank you Pristine Exterior Clean and Mark!

It took me awhile after communicating with Mark, to schedule the Cleaning. But I wished I hadn't. The Roof is less than 10yrs old and was becoming very moldy. Now it looks like new again and my driveway is the cleanest its ever been. It definitely helps with the Curb Appeal.
Mark is awesome, he will schedule asap and he let's you know when he's starts and completes along with some photos and comments.
I'll definitely call him again.

I met Mark with Pristine Clean from a friend. I’m thinking about selling my home but was concerned that my roof looked old compared to many neighbors who had theirs replaced. He said it could look new again. Overall I didn’t quite believe him. For very little $$ my roof looks just like my neighbors. It’s really amazing. Thank you!!

The owner Mark took direct care of the entire process. From the initial quote through the entire service. He power washed my house, roof and pool deck. All of the with was impeccable. The roof looks brand new. He was prompt and showed up at the time we scheduled. I highly recommend him and his company!

Pristine Exterior Clean is the best! Mark is very meticulous and professional. If I could give ten stars I would!!!!

Outstanding service! They did exactly what was asked. Great attention to detail. Friendly and super easy to communicate with. Would use again for sure.

Got a roof wash and driveway cleaning, made the house look brand new for a great price. Great communication aswell!

Mark did an amazing job cleaning our concrete drives and patterned concrete outdoor surfaces. He also washed the mold off the roof (looks like new!) and cleaned the gutters. Our stone fence pilasters had grown a healthy crop of mold on the sides. They look brand new as well. He also cleaned various things like pool chiller that he noticed needed a little attention. He cleaned the underside of the bead board outdoor patios ceilings and porches. All for a very reasonable price. His follow up on the few things that needed a touch up was also amazing. He provides a ton of value for a fair price and is a great communicator as well. I highly recommend him.

Mark provided A++ service and got my driveway cleaner than I’ve seen it since I bought my house. I cannot say enough about the level of service and professionalism from Mark and Pristine Exterior Clean.

We were extremely happy with the work that Ozzie and Will did to clean and reapply the polymeric sand to our stone pool deck. They were professional, on time and all about meeting and exceeding our expectations. We definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Ozzie

We 100% recommend Elite Outdoor Services. I initially reached out with questions and they messaged back nearly right away. I received a quote quicky and they answered all of my questions with that as well. They explained the process and it took less time than expected. My pool is only 2 years old but had very thick calcium scale. We’re so pleased with the results, it looks brand new again! We really appreciate the amazing customer service and are so glad we did this.

Great experience with Ozzi and the Elite Outdoor Team. Excellent communication, same week service, thoroughly cleaned the pool tile which had not been done in 4 years and looks like new without breaking any tiles. Very professional and highly recommend. Will not hesitate to use them yearly.

Highly recommend. They did a great job cleaning the tile in my pool, very professional

My tile looks like it did when I built my pool over 20 years ago! Great service and very friendly and courteous!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company to make your tile and pool look like it did when it was first built! I’ll post photos later. Thanks Ozzie. It was a pleasure doing business with your courteous and friendly staff.

We were very pleased with the service provided. When I reached out they got back to me quickly and the owner came to my house the same day. They performed a thorough cleaning of my pool tiles and it looks great like new. I strongly recommend this company as they were very professional.
