Worst customer service ever. This last experience is my last straw. Their name brand Kobalt battery mower stopped working after 2 years. They boast a 5 year warranty and sell an additional 3 year warranty. All of which need to be claimed by automated calls or websites. I needed them to pull the receipt, but they only have record in store for 2 years. I've spoken to over 15 representatives, including managers and corporate, and they've sent me receipts that belong to other people, but they can't find mine. It's been 3 weeks. They keep saying they'll call me back but I think they're just avoiding me. This isn't the first dead end experience I've had with them. I'm never shopping here again.

We love our new pool! Backyard Oasis was a pleasure to work with. They worked with us to get the design just right. Our project was riddled with much rain and a hurricane. BYO made sure the pool was perfect! The whole team was wonderful to work with. Ramon, our project manager was available to us to help with anything. Pool school with Nick was not only informative, but fun! We are very happy with the finished product and LOVE OUR POOL! Would recommend BYO!!

Backyard Oasis was a fantastic pool company to work with! Our designer Michelle was very nice and helpful with her design recommendations, and our project superintendent Mark went above and beyond to keep us on schedule and ensure our complete satisfaction with the final product. After the pool was finished, we had a couple issues with drainage and the pool equipment but Brandi and Nick provided excellent warranty service and the problems were fixed quickly. Overall, a great pool company. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality pool installation.

Backyard Oasis in Tomball has a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were great to work with and delivered our new pool ahead of schedule. Backyard Oasis Pools is an outstanding pool construction company. Building a pool can be a daunting process, but they truly make it a smooth and enjoyable experience, delivering brilliant results. They guide you through every step of the complex process, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. A special shout-out to Mikayla C. in sales, Ramon for his thorough and diligent work in managing a clean construction process, Josh for his helpful pool school sessions, and Cheryl (the owner) for staying closely involved throughout the entire project. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, through the last and final step, these folks were amazing to deal with. To say that we were pleased with the quality, would be a understatement. Ramon, the job manager, help us understand every step with pinpoint detail. We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience, and are so excited about our new backyard oasis.

Very professional and friendly company to work with. As situations came up during construction, as they always do, they were reasonable and easy to work with to reach a solution. They do a wonderful job at extracting your hopes and desires for the end product.

I have enjoyed my backyard oasis for 2+ years now and am still in love. Thank you Brandi for always being so responsive, professional and helpful when I have questions! You rock!
