Quick and painless, it's taken awhile to get this review written but I gotta say solid service and well worth the price, for a place that let me schedule at 9pm for a next day junk pickup I can't recommend yall enough. I believe the guy who helped me was Joshua I might've gotten the name mixed up but it was really appreciated. I was able to make my move less stressful thanks to yall!

Very fast and friendly service, good communication, and very reliable, would recommend anyone who has lots of trash they need removed. A+++ customer service.

We cleaned out or garage and I wanted the junk out ASAP, even though they'd already been booked with appointments, they still managed to squeeze me in for the next day. Jonathan was the tech that came out and he was very professional and timely. All in all, it was a very positive and quick experience.

I haven't used them yet but I can tell you this, they're good company, helping people out making an honest living. Fair prices and make my life much easier. I'll be calling them next week to haul some loads

These guys were great! They hauled off my hot tub and other debris in my yard that would be too heavy for me to get myself. They communicated well and were reasonable.

I've used them twice to clear out junk since I'm moving. They were great and the prices were reasonable too. They were able to work within my last-minute schedule. And they came out quickly both times.

Avoid this company. They have shady practices to get you to pay more, including picking up things before talking to anyone or doing a walk through, then saying there is an upcharge for picking up things in the backyard. Did not mention this in the booking call either.

Would give them 0 if I could. Not an honest company. They began to pick up things in the front of the house without talking to an adult or doing a walk around of all the junk. They Added an up charge for picking up things in the backyard. The booking call didn’t mention this either. Refused to provide copy of booking phone call since they “don’t record the calls”. They claim these was no accurate description of what’s being picked up but cannot provide the booking call as proof as more detail was provided in the call. We had to pay for an incomplete job and an upcharge due to half the stuff being picked up already without any walk through or meeting with adult at the home .

Been using these guys for years They show up on time and there’s no hassle sometimes I was even able to schedule a pick up same day. Absolutely great service would highly recommend.

Five out of five I would rate six stars if I could, they went above and beyond to help me out not only did they Get rid of all of the junk in my two story house lots of trips up the stairs handled with care and precision. They also Helped clean up to, such great guys.

Let me just start by saying, we scheduled a very last minute haul off. Not only was Junk Guys accommodating, they were prompt, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team are super reliable and have never had a complaint about their services. Extremely professional and makes sure the job gets done! Definitely would call them again!
