Had tree plumber come out and tell me they could not help me and i needed my septic tank pumped. I had my tank pumped and 450 later I’m still in the same situation. That’s where Jesse and his help came into the picture. This man knew what the issue was over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the issue, located my first tank and and cleared my drain. That is knowledge!

James came out (on time, professional, honest and great to have in my home) and repaired a Delta kitchen faucet that was defective. When Delta wouldn't honor their lifetime warranty, James came out a second time and worked hard to tried again to get it to work. But it wouldn't. So he installed a new faucet and would not charge me anything for the second trip, even though it wasn't his fault. Do you find that kind of service anywhere today? I recommend Firehouse Plumbing and highly recommend James!

Easy 5-star. I've used this company several times now and they've knocked it out of the park every time. Every time I've called they've sent someone out either immediately or the next day and quickly addressed any issues to get them repaired "the right way." They're extremely professional and even take the time to provide education and explain things.

FireHouse Plumbing is my only go-to for plumbing anywhere in the DFW area.

We had a hot water slab leak in our master bathroom. I called firehouse and jesse came out the same day to take a look at it. He was able to identify the area it was in right away. Not only did he do a great job, he honored their first responder discount and gave me a ton of plumbing/septic tank tips that us, first time home buyers really don’t know. Jesse even heard me constantly get after 3 boys the whole time without a complaint. I would definitely recommend this company.

2019: Thank you Jesse for fixing our leaky outdoor faucet. Everything about the experience with him was hands down the BEST. Professional, kept me in the loop with work performed, and SAVED me MONEY. Will definitely use him again for any future plumbing related work!

UPDATE: Oct 2021 Faucet Jesse fixed is leaking again. Called Jesse and scheduled an appt. Jesse did not show and when I reached out to him, he made an excuse that he put the appt on the wrong date. Cool…it happens…but he didn’t show on that date either! Not a good way to do business or keep customers. It cost me two vacation days, but I did find a more reputable company to handle the issue.

Jesse is always very helpful and thorough. Anytime I have any plumbing issues or general questions he is there to help. There is nowhere else I would rather go. Top notch

I contacted Firehouse Plumbing LLC and scheduled with them to fix mine and my husbands’ outdoor faucet. I work six days a week and needed to get this matter fixed before the next freeze. Scheduled an appointment day/time. Day came, appointment time occurred, no plumber. Waited an hour and No Show. I tried to call the plumber-went straight to voicemail.
My job is very demanding so I do my best to communicate with the company. I am very disappointed with my experience. I will not use this company in future, and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

If I could give Jessie 100 stars I would. We had a water leak late on Friday night. Jessie reached out to us first thing Saturday morning. He arrived as promised. He was here for 4 hours, fixed our leak, checked the meter, found the meter was still running and checked the house to see where we had a leak. He found it, since it was a toilet, he told my husband so he could fix it. Jessie is honest, friendly and reputable. I was shocked when I saw his invoice, big name plumbing companies would have been 3 or 4 times what he charged us. If you want to have a plumber that will do the job right, not rip you off please call Firehouse Plumbing! As a side note, we originally thought a pipe broke under the house, when I gave this information to Jessie, he immediately told me, he will verify that, give us an estimate, but he recommended we get multiple estimates. WOW, who does that? Jessie is not only a plumber he is a fireman, so please be sure to call Jessie and give your business to one of our hard working first responders.

I can't recommend this company enough! My water heater went out. Jesse came and did a wonderful job, cleaned up and was done. All with a smile on his face.

Very prompt, professional, and clean. The tech came out took care of my plumbing issue, he was very professional. They even left the area they were working on clean, as if nothing was ever wrong with the plumbing . I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend Firehouse Plumbing.

Firehouse Plumbing failed to show up for a scheduled 9am appt Monday 11-11-24. I called company at 9:20 am to see if they were coming. The representative said 'let me see where he is at". I then waited for a call back. This company was a no show and didn't bother to explain and reschedule. They obviously didn't need my business. I called Little John Plumbing of Venus Texas. He was spot on with professionalism. Firehouse Plumbing gets one star from me! I had to give them a star to post this. Otherwise, they would have gotten NONE!

Firehouse Plumbing came to install our Aquasana filtration system and did a great job! They were quick, efficient, and cost much, much less than other plumbing companies quoted us. The best part, was that they were honest. Another company was telling us they were going to have to do about $2500 worth of work, and we spent much, much less with Firehouse. We're so glad they were one of the certified installers, and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We'll have them back out to do another little project for us, soon!

This company is the best plumbing company around. They are above fair on the pricing and are fast. They show up and get the work done then cleaned up exceptionally well. I was in dire need of a plumber to save me from what could have been a disaster with my clogged drain.
Mr. Rios was the man. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy. He was prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. He came out to diagnose the issue with my drain, fixed it, and educated me on proper maintenance to prevent future problems. All without costing an arm and a leg. His price was very reasonable and more than justified for the level of quality and professionalism I received. We used Anova for several issues we were having with our HVAC. We heard a squeaking noise coming from the attic where the unit is, and found out it was just an attic vent that needed some lubrication and not a major issue so that was great! Now the vent is spinning much more quickly with less wind which will hopefully keep our attic cooler and help keep our bills down. We also had some issues with the thermostat not working. Instead of just having us buy a new one, Ramsey with Anova found just a small wire wasn’t reading and fixed the issue. He also recommended we seal up the connections between the unit and ducts to save on energy costs with losing cool air into the attic. I’m pleased with his honesty and that what could have been very expensive repairs/replacements ended up being very reasonable. The whole time he was very responsive, timely and polite. I will definitely be using Anova again for any HVAC or ventilation issues.

Anova Contractors has helped me several times over the past several years whenever I have had issues or needed maintenance with my aging HVAC system. From answering my A/C questions, to servicing my steam humidifiers, to keeping my HVAC systems working perfectly year-round, they do it all!

They can fix or service anything with my HVAC systems. They have always been on time for appointments and super helpful/friendly. The take the time to explain the issue to me and even though I have an older system have not pressured me to buy a brand-new system like many other companies. This makes be trust them 100%. They are honest and very knowledgeable, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Below is a picture when they were out in April 2025 to clean my A/C compressors. They had to climb onto my roof. Look at how dirty they were. They did a fantastic job!

We needed a new HVAC system for an addition at my ranch house. Other HVAC companies quoted either an expensive central HVAC system or a ducted mini-split with large wall-mounted heads. I did not want anything AC-related on the wall to distract from the view of our ranch. Anova Contractors was the only company able to do a 4-way ceiling cassette mini-split that is unnoticeable. They even painted the indoor unit to match the ceiling. The outside system also looks very clean and professional. The system works great and is so quiet that I don't
even notice it running. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC installations.
