The absolute worst!! They have taken over 2 months to "repair" my dishwasher. They never answer the phone or call back after leaving messages. Do not use this company. They have my parts but still have yet to repair my dishwasher or answer the phone. I give up, going to buy a new one today. The worst experience ever.

Our AC unit went out during the hottest time of the year. Literally over 100 degrees outside. FAS Appliances & Refrigeration were able to help us get a whole new system installed a couple of days after coming out to give us a quote. They were extremely competitive in price. They came in $3-4K under some of the other quotes we got. They took around 4 hours to get the whole system replaced. They were punctual, very responsive and the service was great. They did not take advantage of the fact that we were in a bind. Wish there were more companies that operated this way. Highly recommend their services!

F.A.S. Appliance was referred to me by Frigidaire when my oven latch broke. Javier, Elizabeth and their entire team diligently searched for the part that was no longer being manufactured. Elizabeth was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and working every which way to find a solution for my situation. She sent Jose the welder to my rescue and upon seeing it told me he could do it but would need additional help. Elizabeth then sent Fabian with Jose (who I now call "el maestro") and together they took care of it in no time flat. They are my dream team! They took what seemed a hopeless situation for me and saved Thanksgiving for our family! Their excellent customer service backed up by quality craftmanship is why they deserve 5+++ stars!

FAS Appliance and A/C are great!! I waited to leave a review until I had worked with the installed system for a year and with the company itself for a year. Satisfaction all the way through. From installation to servicing, no problem. The installation crew, service crew, and Office crew are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

This company is absolutely awful. They do not stand behind their work nor is their work quality!!

This company installed a condenser on my unit yesterday. After an hour and forty five minutes and ripping every panel off of it, he comes down and says that the units good but hands me his card and tells me to text him in the morning to let him know how it is doing. I didn’t have to wait until the morning because the unit didn’t work when he left. The temperature coming out of the vents was 68.7 degrees. They returned this morning and worked on it for an hour and said the unit is good. NO IT IS NOT.

The unit at least functioned before he replaced the coil fan. Now the unit does not work AT ALL!! The company refuses to respond to texts or telephone calls. The compressor keeps trying to start every three minutes but can’t. The coil fan hasn’t worked since he installed it. Then if you look at the quality of his work it will explain the rest. The pictures tell it all.

F.A.S Appliance & Refrigeration company delivered outstanding service. Jorge and Adan replaced my refrigeration unit and did exceptional work from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean, precise, and done right the first time.

I highly recommend this company—especially Jorge and Adan—for anyone needing reliable refrigeration service. Truly a five-star experience!

My husband purchased 2 Ac refrigerated cooling units during the summer everything was working fine but as soon as the rain season started all the problems Started they’ve came 3 times to have issues get fixed and we are still having problems i think the need more experience or experienced workers. We are still waiting for the guys to come for 4th time to get some issues fixed again as the unit had been leaking. They also left the ducts in my attict that were supposed to be removed from previous visits very unprofessional job, they lie to your face IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW TO LET YOU KNOW GUYS HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM TO COME FIX THE MESS THEY LEFT THIS TIME SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW IF THEY ARE WILLING TO TRUST THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Scott Heating & Cooling are fantastic. My A/C unit stopped working during the week it was 110 degrees outside. I called them for help, and I had two technicians at my house within 20 minutes. After a quick look, they found a loose wire and a bad capacitor. They were done and gone in 45 minutes, with everything working perfectly, and all for a very, very good price. Oscar, Sal, Mike and Aaron are the epitome of professionalism and customer service. I will only call Scott Heating and Cooling for my HVAC needs. Thank you for all the help!!

Like any new small business, we immediately faced tremendous challenges with completing our tenement improvements given our timeline and budget. Contractors don’t always show up on time or at all and quotes change almost daily. Enter Scott Heating and Cooling, they were very considerate of our budget and schedule throughout the entire scope of their contract. The quality of their work and the level of professionalism, from management to technicians, is unmatched. My A/C wasn't cooling, I called Scott Heating and Cooling and they sent a technician out the same day, after regular business hours. Chad called when in route to give me an ETA, and arrived on time or early. He diagnosed our issues quickly and had our unit cooling again. He checked everything on the unit before leaving. Great service.

Excellent communication and punctuality! I called in to have my preventive maintenance done and was able to have same day service! Highly recommended and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable on maintaining my AC/Furnace throughout the year. Will use them again when it’s time for Winter Maintenance!!

After having numerous issues with my HVAC unit, I decided it was time to stop delaying the inevitable and replace the unit. I called several companies to come out and give me estimates. Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was actually a fill-in for a no-show from another company. I received a call from Oscar on that same day confirming my appointment. Unbeknownst to me, Oscar showed up on his day off. Oscar did not try to up-sell anything and encouraged me to get several estimates before deciding. After doing some research, I narrowed my choices down to two companies but chose to go with Scott because of their responsiveness. We decided on a day to do the install, and the techs showed up with the equipment and completed the job the same day. There were some hiccups with the initial install, but after a follow-up call from Oscar the next day, he and Chris promptly showed up and tied up all the loose ends. I was floored by the attention to detail and quick response after the sale and installation of the unit. Chris was excellent and patient in explaining how the equipment worked and walked around with us to ensure all the work was satisfactory. It is so refreshing in this day an age to have a company take pride in their work and make sure that it is done right. Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has gained a lifelong customer. Kudos to the owner for hiring professionals like Oscar and Chris.

Scott Heating and Cooling did hour conversion from evaporative to refrigerated cooling about 4 years ago. We have been impressed with their service ever since. They are very reliable and don't cancel appointments. The quality of their service is excellent.

Got my unit with them more than 5 years ago and still is working great! Anytime I call for maintenance I have no worries about my unit. I can honestly say they are one of the best companies in El Paso for Heating and cooling. Honest and reliable and great people!

My wife called for a quote for our gas lines on Monday. We mentioned that we needed the gas lines fixed because we have been without hot water for the past 4th months .They came that Monday and looked at our lines and advised they would give us a quote the following day. It’s been a whole week and we had to call them and spoke to Albert and he said that he needed to sit down with his plumber and get a quote. This was supposed to be done since Tuesday so I’m not sure why that wasn’t done when told. Albert advised he would call us back in 20 min and 2 hrs later we had to call back. We spoke to Lola and she said he stepped out and to call back in an hr if we didn’t get a call back. It is super unprofessional to have customers wait and then not get a callback or a response .

These folks are timely and very professional! Nobody likes an unexpected cold shower, and they were able to send a tech the same day for a temp fix on my old water heater, and managed to squeeze me in the same week to install a new water heater. They removed my old water heater, and had the new one installed in just a few hours. The new system works like a champ, and my family is happy to have hot showers again! I can absolutely recommend them as professionals and subject matter experts in thier field. They answered all my questions about the pros and cons of the different replacement systems, and were very polite and customer friendly. Thanks again!

They showed up on time however, they did not have the house address. It just happens that I was outside and saw their truck going by and waved them in. I was told they would provide Two estimates within a week. a week went by and I called the company and spoke with a representative. Gave them my information and also an additional email address however, I never heard from them again, so I couldn’t give you a review on this company as They appear to be doing well and don’t need the business. Thank you for showing up.

My ac stopped blowing air 1 night so I called this place to come look at it. I tried to get ac and heater service since they are out there anyway but they tell me that'd be a separate call and charge and that they don't service both at the same time. Not sure when service companies stopped providing actual service but it was annoying. Ac started working before they even went out to look at it so I pissed away $95 for nothing. Could have at least lubed a couple parts while on the roof. Also they said there was a special for $190 to service heater and 6 months later the ac. I'm not understanding what the difference is if I pay $190 to get them both done at same time? Won't be calling them back, I don't have tolerance for stupidity.

I've been without heat for sometime now. Louie the technician has a fantastic demeanor. He's friendly, diligent, has great customer service skills, and clearly wanted to resolve my problem. He explained everything that's going on with my heating in detail and in terms I could understand. When a problem arose that needed extra attention he had his boss come out and help him. I still don't have heat as Scott needs approval from my landlord/property manager to move forward with repairs. In the future I will recommend this company to anyone that needs work done on there a.c./heater.

I feel as if this business deserves two separate reviews; one for service and one for cost.
I had a leak that was fixed promptly and expertly. It required access to the plumbing through the dry wall which had to be demolished. The repair of the dry wall was done beautifully. Overall, each person who came to my home was professional, courteous and very conscious about cleanliness. I was so pleased with their work.
However the cost was exorbitant. To locate and repair the leaking pipes cost $258.00 per hour. And some of that time was 'down-time', that is, some of that time was spent waiting for arrival of equipment. Repair of the dry wall was more reasonable at $80.00 per hour.
In reading other reviews, I would echo the sentiments that the work performed is characterized by expertise, dependability, courtesy and promptness. But a caveat here applies: If you are going to use the services of Scott HVAC, get an estimate first.
