Patrick Hunt with ServPro of Lake Travis/NW Austin did an outstanding job remediating water damage at our house. Patrick kept us informed every step of the way, and he led an extremely professional and timely cleanup process. I'm so glad we've had someone like Patrick to help us make progress in a difficult situation!

While away from the home for a few days we had a leak from the ac unit condensation line that was blocked. Servpro was there in no time, removed the wet flooring and got their equipment up and running. They did a great job, arrived on time and kept us informed of their findings and next steps. We appreciate the professionalism and had an excellent outcome.

Aaron and Tino were great. They came in quickly and assessed the damage and set up the fix. They were also great communicators. Had to come by daily to check on the progress and always texted ahead and with three ETA. I’d definitely use Servpro again.

Patrick & Tony were incredibly professional & went straight to work removing 2 inches of standing water from our home, resulting from a broken pipe. Patrick was able to quickly describe the processes they would be completing & kept us up to date throughout the water removal process. Over a period of 8 days, Patrick & Tony facilitated the drying process for our home. They were very sensitive to how devastated we felt about this issue occurring to our home & took careful steps to explain status to us at every step of the way & responded promptly to our questions, sometimes after hours.

I was asked if I would be home all day today, Saturday, so the weekend crew could come remove the blowers/dryers that are driving us crazy. I called your preferred number and talked to a young lady that said she would relay my message of frustration for not hearing from anyone by 2pm. NO RESPONCE!!!
My carpet got cut out even though the first ServPro Rep said they would leave the carpet, dry it and we could have it cleaned. Now I have to replace the entire bedroom bc there is no matching the prior carpet.
They only removed part of the demolished bath vanity, so who removes the rest of it?
I have left messages for my Insurance adjuster and hopefully by Monday, something will get done.

Servpro of Lake Travis/NW Austin, Patrick & Tony were awesome to work with. We have never had to have water meditation from our home before. Patrick walked us through every single step! Both guys worked so quick and there was no mess from them removing the drywall & flooring. I was so surprised. I had hurt my arm they were so helpful moving our belongings out of the way that I would not be able to. Making sure items were placed in other spots of our home to where we could still function & live. Means a lot when you let people in your home and they treat your home & belongs with such care! That was very appreciated. Each day Patrick communicated clearly what was going on with the drying process. How many more days the fans & dehumidifier would be staying in our home. Always asked when would be the best time for return visit the next day, followed with a call 20-30 mins ahead of arrival time. Thank you Patrick & Tony for making a yucky situation turn around to a pleasant one! I will be recommending y’all to everyone!
