These guys came by my home and installed my EV charger. They arrived early, and did a great job even though my dogs wouldn't stop barking. Shout out to Pablo and Johnathan for doing a great job. The charger works great. Used it last night before I left for work in the morning and it worked excellent. Highly reccomended

I highly recommend Mcleod Electric. Their team was fast, friendly, professional, and delivered very high quality work. They originally came out to install an EV charger. During the site evaluation, they found a potential hazard in an exterior sub-panel due to an improperly overloaded circuit feeding an out building on our property. This was something a previous electrician (who I did not use) didn't even notice during a similar evaluation.

The electrician who did the survey, Wade, was fantastic. He helped come up with a plan to fix the existing issue and get the EV charger installed as part of the same project that ultimately involved replacing and upgrading the exterior sub-panel and feeding it with a new direct line from our power pole/main power feed.

Communication with Wade and the rest of the Mcleod team was quick and easy. We scheduled the work to all happen on a single day and they delivered. This work included hand-digging an 18" deep trench about 70 feet from our power pole to the exterior sub-panel to swap its service feed from our main interior sub-panel (to fix the overload issue). We're in Georgetown so if you did down more than a couple of inches, it's basically all limestone. It took a team of four guys at least 8 or 10 hours of total digging. Even more incredibly, they were able to dig around several buried cables, wires, and sprinkler pipes without damaging anything! Then, even after a 14-hour day, Wade and the team cleaned everything up!

Mcleod also handled the permitting and inspection process, which was a real hassle with the local inspectors. There were also a couple minor issues I noticed the day after, and Wade and crew came back out to address everything in short order. I really appreciate having the same people come out to oversee every part of the process. And the end result was I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the work or with Mcleod Electric. I've never had a go-to electrician before but I do now!

Alex was AMAZING!!! Give that guy a raise! Explained everything to us perfectly! The owner found us someone to come out, even though it was a last minute request. Price to come out was reasonable & Alex explained that if we wanted more work done in the future that it’s backed by their warranty. Again, freaking AMAZING!

The crew at Mcleod Electric did a great job installing an EV charger at my home, and when it require required service (because of a problem with the unit itself, not because of any thing they did during installation), they handled it under Ford‘s warranty. They were responsive, on time, and made quick work of the repair.

Great experience! Called them out on a Sunday and found a tech and was at the house within a few hours. Alex spent the time to troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. Price was very reasonable and Alex was very friendly and spent the time to explain everything. I would recommend McLeod to anyone needing work done on their homes and let them know to ask for Alex!

I had an electrical issue with my stove and got their number from a neighbor who had used them. I called explaining my issue and was able to schedule a visit the next day. Alex and his coworker were very polite and knowledgeable. They tried to recreate the issue but didn't happen. Rather than leaving they investigate further and found the issue. Alex did a good job explaining the issue in a way I could understand. He was upfront about the cost. They were able to replace the part. I will definitely call them again for electrical issues.
