Reviews of local pros in Von Ormy, Texas

Fast and friendly service very satisfied

Great company to work with. Dumpster rental was affordable and super easy

I was in a time crunch and needed a good price. I shopped locally and this place came out best on the price. They were to deliver and that day came and went. I called and was told some story, (I should have known then). They said they'd be there the NEXT day, two days late. They arrive and back into the utility pole and sent the bow and also break the glass on the meter at the time all we could see was the dent in the box. He said I'll take off 200 if we didn't say anything. It was just a dent so we paid him the cash, (which is the form of payment). Time went by until ree glass was noticed and the electric company came out and removed it and said we had to have the whole thing rewired! 1,300 dollars later the meter could be replaced. Tren when it was time for the. To pick up so the new owners could move in. The text said sending a driver. Nope! Thursday called, nope, Friday nope, Saturday nothing, and each communication the said today. Sunday nope, Monday no, Tuesday the same, and finally Wednesday they showed up. Almost a full week late! Kate dropping and picking up, and owe me 1,300. Do risk it .

I was really impressed by how easy it was to rent from Southern Steel Equipment. Their team answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I’ve used J&A Disposal Dumpster Rental several times for my contracting business, and they’ve never disappointed. Always on time, easy to schedule, and very dependable.

J&A Disposal made my weekend cleanup project so much easier. Great communication, fair prices, and super reliable service—I’ll definitely be using them again.

Southern Steel Equipment provided top-notch service. They were punctual, the dumpster was in great condition, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

He has a Great Team under his belt, everyone is polite. Everyone has proof that they enjoy doing what they do for Sergio when they leave a job. It is left very clean like they were never there I myself and my wife are very happy to have met him to have had him do our roof at our home. He left us with great memories a great job well done whoever sees this message. I do recommend him for any of your projects. He is very professional very clean and his prices are excellent. Please give him a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Very professional, great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with the work... would recommend their services to anyone....!
Thanks guys!!!

I highly recommend using Jimenez roofing for all your roofing and remodeling needs. They are reasonably priced and quick to get the job done.

Sergio was Fast and professional. Gave me a strait forward estimate and completed a same day repair on my roof. They left the job site clean. Highly recommend.

Jimenez roofing replaced our roof in Pipe Creek this week (March 2025) and did an outstanding job. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and excellent level of communication was so appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

With the recent heavy rains we’ve gotten in the city and surrounding areas, one night my front tree fell on top of the front parts/areas of the rooftop on my house. Got a hold of Sergio and sent him photos of the damaged areas. Gage me an estimate and timeframe. Sergio and his team came out a day afterwards and got all the areas/parts of the damaged roof up and fixed up in no time! Damaged roof areas is look very well done and as if nothing had occurred to them! Very professional and friendly and efficient Sergio and roofing company was…I highly recommend them if you need roofing repairs or a new roof! Thank you Sergio!!

Update to our review last year (below). Sergio and his team installed new gutters in front of our house. The job was immaculate - looked like crown molding insterad of gutters! As in the past, Sergio did what he said he would do and showed up on time. Well done.

We hired Jimenez Roofing & Remodeling to repair some issues with our roof. We were very pleased. Sergio (Jr) was very prompt and did what he said he would do. When rain was forecasted before the date the repairs were scheduled, Sergio came over to patch some leaky areas so we would not experience any leaks during the rain (always glad to have rain in SA, but not with a leaky roof!). Before I committed to the work, a good friend who is a highly regarded roofer in another large city looked at the estimate and commented "very thorough and reasonable." After the work was completed, Sergio showed me photos of what was done, including pre-empting future problems that would have cropped up. We appreciated the good work - Jimenez earned this five star review!

Excellent service

Excellent service, even better employees and communication.

Don't use this company!! After spending thousands of dollars to do some landscaping after I installed my pool. I never heard from them after. I called and left several text messages and did not get a response.

They have excellent service and answered all my questions and concerns. They are very professional on the work they do. They have reasonable pricing . And I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an amazing company.

These guys did a great job on my EV charger. They made a couple of trips to Austin to make sure everything was working right, and later helped me out with other electrical issues. I recommend them.
