I am a recent customer as of April 2025. Micah came highly recommended from a realtor friend of mine, after having some issues with other pool companies myself. To date, he's done 2 major projects for my backyard/pool and cleans my pool on a weekly basis. Micah is direct, customer-service oriented, and doesn't play around with your time. He'll offer you choices and costs, explain the pros/cons, and execute the agreement in a very timely manner. He's been superb and I highly recommend. I am extremely satisfied with him and the services and results through his company.

Just started with Backyard-A-Gan Pool Service; I have to say, they are AWESOME! We just had a new pool built and had another company service it for a month but it started looking like a stagnate pond. Micah, our new pool technician got it looking like new within 24 hrs! Not only that, even before our first scheduled service, I had told him that we were having guests the next day for a BBQ and he immediately came out in 25 mins on a Saturday night at 8:20pm to get our pool right so we wouldn’t be embarrassed by our dirty pool. I’m very impressed/grateful with the service Micah and this privately owned company provides for a new client like me…You’ve got a client for life with that kind of service! Thank You!

We fought with trying to get our pool clean almost all last summer. Spent alot of money trying to get clean nothing worked even changing filters we could not see bottom. We were ready to give up when I called. Mycah came to the rescue promised wold have it blue before end of week. Wow like he said it was clear before the week was over. I will say that they do what they say they will do. I now have a clear and clean pool. Their rates are very reasonable and very much worth it. Love you guys. Thanks
