Mike is so awesome to work with, and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great, honest guy who knows what he’s doing, will treat you right, and will be there for you for the long haul. I used him a while back to replace some shingles and inspect my roof after a storm, and he did a great job then. I contacted him over two years later on the off chance he still had repair documentation that I could give to the folks buying my house, and he had it located and to me in less than five minutes and was just as friendly and helpful as before. Amazing service! They don’t make ‘em like him anymore!

The work was phenomenal, the crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. The crew took the time to protect my property with tarping and other measures prior to starting. ENG roofers were one of multiple contractors I had to come give me a quote of my roof repair. Quintin came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and as I was on the roof walked around and showed and educated me on several different roofing problems and how to maintain. He even gave me information on navigating insurance and insurance policies. I was very impressed with how respectful he was to me as a single woman and homeowner as I run into a lot of disrespect and dismissal for being a woman without a man at her side. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable and a genuinely good person to interact with. His initial interaction, timeliness of giving me a quote, and open about the process and expectations made me choose ENG over other companies. He was never pushy about trying to get me to replace the whole roof. He was great at communication and setting up to fix my roof.

On the day of the repair two men came out David and Caro’s and both were very respectful and on time to what they communicated. They were respectful of me being the homeowner wanting to watch and ask questions as the did another inspection before beginning the work. I was worried because my power went out but they assured me they’d be able to get the work done and they did. Even though my power was restored they were still able to complete the job. Carlos was phenomenal in his workmanship and let me know when the shingles didn’t match and went to the store to get the correct color to match my roof.

It’s been about a month since the repair and I have had no issues with any leaks or problematic workmanship. My roof is repaired to my satisfaction and I’m very grateful for the team at ENG. Their overall professionalism, communication, workmanship, and whole team did a fantastic job and I’d highly recommend anyone unsure to get them out to your house for an inspection and see for yourself what a great team they have. Drove 30 miles for something that I was told over the phone was available only to be told when I arrived in the store that they were out. Shame.

Poor selection and poor service. An employee followed me around the store and didn’t even offer to help, then a cashier literally let someone cut me in line?? I don’t want to jump to homophobia, but that’s what it felt like.

Jorge was such a delight to work with! He made thoughtful recommendations and made the backyard better than we even imagined. Would highly recommend!!!
