The individual came to my front door. When I asked him to wear a mask since I have a high risk child in my home, he refused. I asked him two more times, offered him a mask. He said he absolutely would not ever wear a mask. So I asked him to leave. The website says they are a professional service, but the sheer disregard for an ill child indicates just what they think about their clients.

Their tech doesn’t know a plumbing issue from an A/C issue and we lost $45 because of it.

• I see your response below. Thank you for being polite, but the fact stands that this was a plumbing issue and it was fixed today by a plumber. Here is the invoice. The work description even says that it’s a “plumber’s responsibility”.

The small lines didn’t have a clog. That would be an ac issue. It was the large drain line that was clogged. You would have known that if you even bothered to look.

Just like others said, they can't tell an AC issue from a plumbing issue. They ended up costing us $230. They came out through Choice home warranty and we paid their service call of $65 and they said it was the AC condenser leaking. Submitted a second claim and got charged $65 for the AC technician to tell us we needed a plumber to unclog the drain (he was amazing! took pictures and explained everything! Angel AC LLC). After that we decided to call our local plumber who got the job done. Received a call today from this company claiming it was not a plumbing issue, which makes no sense because a plumber unclogged the pipe/drain. She explained that Choice doesn't allow them to do the work, and I explained to her that they should let us know that it is a plumbing issue that our warranty won't cover (allegedly), and that would've saved us time and money. We were with no AC for 6 days in the heat. There's no way that the AC guy and our plumber were wrong in their diagnosis but this company is "right" in their diagnosis. They need to admit that they don't have the tools to clear out the AC drain - because it was a plumber who cleared it out. Will be filing a complaint with Choice so they don't take people's money.

Dimitri did the job but was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were asking him basic questions about the repairs needed and he was answering them but with an attitude. At the end of the job I even asked the gentlemen if there is something we have done to offend him but he seemed unbothered by my comments. I even offered him water to maybe ease his attitude but nothing worked here. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and second chances and I hate leaving bad reviews but this one needed to be posted. Will not be using this company again.. I expect a call from there management soon and this review to get a response from them.

Editing my original review from here only to post my response to you as I cannot respond to your message directly:

06-01-2023 at 725 PM. Yes I received your text message yesterday and the time window was between 11AM - 3 PM. There were no issues with payment, you can call Dimitri to confirm that from your end. Even if there was a gate code, this is normal. You have your facts wrong here, Dimitri did not wait at the gate for 30 minutes. He called us at 152PM stating he is 20 minutes away and I have the voicemail to show for it. Than we got a call and voicemail from your company at 210PM stating we need the gate code to enter and I have the voicemail for that. And he was at our residence at 213PM and I have the video footage to prove it. So how did he wait 30 minutes at the gate? I understand from our end we should have answered the call but I was in the bathroom at the time and unable to attend. He did a good job fixing the issue, when i stated he was unprofessional i was talking about his rude behavior. my good will gesture to offer him water is not because I assumed he does not have it.. it was because maybe he was having a bad day and maybe that would make him feel better about his day. For you to state we got Dimitris best goes to show that this company may have low standards that did not meet my expectations. And lastly, after this we did not receive a call from you, so please only state facts. Happy to discuss further with you offline, I don't want to feud, but it seems like this is what you want it to be. Good day!

Excellent service! Found the leak quickly and he was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service from scheduling to finishing the repair, they are wonderful people. I felt confident and was so relieved when he was here and he made sure there were no problems before he left. We will definitely use you guys from now on!

Dimitri quickly identified and addressed our clogged house drain that was backed up into our kitchen sinks. He worked quickly and so efficiently to clear the clog so we could get our kitchen back up and running again. Clean up was quick as well. Highly recommend.

Mitci came out through my home warranty company. Communication was good and they were prompt and professional. He said he repaired the leak under our sink. Fortunately we left the bucket under it because the next day it was still leaking. I called and left a message. No reply. So I called the home warranty people and they said they would send them back. But it’s been several days and nothin. Mean while it is still leaking.

I do not recommend this plumber. He came in to fix a refrigerator dispenser problem but started blaming my reverse osmosis system which is not associated with it. He immediately started exaggerating the cost and trying to find other faults without even taking the time to properly diagnose the original issue. He was pushy and simply wanted to charge as much as possible to my insurance. When I turned down his excessive charges, he got angry and left in a huff without actually fixing anything. He did not explain anything and clearly just wanted to jack up the prices. I will be calling a different plumber next time.

Update- the jacked up cost also includes misdiagnosis trying to find more problems that do not exist and trying to bill the home insurance company- home insurance company turned down the request. For example reverse osmosis had nothing to do with the original problem and this has been confirmed by two other plumbers.

Dimitri from Mitci’s plumbing is extremely courteous and knowledge. He moves quickly and can identify the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to identify my issues and also educate my on what ya important and what is not!!! He came across as honest which is rare for this profession in my opinion. I find plumbing services in America as ridiculously expensive. However Mitci’s is very reasonable and Cheaper than most. I am keeping their number for future issues !

Tim The Plumber @ Mitci Services did some plumbing work for us in Sugarland, Tx. He did an amazing job, was extremely polite and professional, and took care of all issues quickly. He had to pick up some parts to complete the repairs and let us know he would be back later in the day, but would call first before coming over. He was true to his word and everything is fixed! Highly recommend Tim the Plumber!!
