Our A/C stopped cooling. A repair man came and suspected a leak. Saw that the unit was under warranty and told us to contact a repairman under the warranty. Jonathan from PrattPro came same day! Inspected the unit and all the ducts. Found there were no leaks. Fixed the problems and serviced our unit. Now our house is cool again! This guy was fast, honest, very smart, and truly a blessing. He saved us from the heat, saved us money up front, and saved us from problems in the long run by servicing our unit and educating us. Will recommend him to everyone especially my family and friends.

I highly recommend Pratt heating and Air. He’s locally owned in the Watauga area. He moved me to first on his list as my system was not working correctly. He said he didn’t want us to get overheated in the house. His team came out in the morning and didn’t stop until the job was done that evening. They put down carpet protectors and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. Even had someone come out to remove the old units for us. He was easy to communicate with and wasn’t trying to upsell the job. Matter of fact, he talked me out of spending money on something I only “thought” I needed. His prices were extremely reasonable and he was super polite. If you need any kind of AC, heat or duct work this is a reliable, trust worthy man.

I texted Jonathan after hearing about him on NEXTDOOR. we explained the problem. First he suggested something quick that I could try. When it didn’t work, he came in a reasonable time, explained the problem, and fixed it. He also suggested easy ways to prevent it from happening again.
