Customer service was great! They did an excellent job installing my new tankless water heater and flushing out my other one. They arrive when they say and make sure the job is completed. They did a great job with clean up. So glad I found them.

Jon did an excellent job! Showed up timely. Thoroughly explained things in an understandable way. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Jon! Definitely will call Duncan and specifically ask for Jon for any future plumbing issues.

Mr Jon Herbertson came out to assess the problem I had with a leaky spout and fix the problem in no time. The cost was reasonably priced. He was descriptive of the issue and respectful. Jon from Duncan Plumbing is amazing! He educated me to the gills about what to look for and how to respond It. We called about a possible back up with our sewer. The level of professionalism and knowledge and workmanship was evident from the beginning and it was outstanding!!!! Tracey and Amanda spoke to me with a “Smile in their Voices” and I am so grateful to be talked to kindly and respectfully. The service technicians , Dylan and Adam were incredibly professional and knowledgeable and proficient in completing the work and detailing the scope of what they found and explaining solution's with differing options .
So impressed with this team at Duncan plumbing ….they sincerely “Care” about their business and their service and the value they provided….they didn’t tell me that …they all showed me that !!!! Great company for testing, locating and fixing leaks in Ellis county. Cast iron sewer lines are not fun to repair. Duncan Plumbing does a great job at Diagnosing drain line issues. Great Team!

I have used Duncan Plumbing multiple times over the year to service my home and each experience has been great. They respond quickly, price fairly, and always do great work. Their technicians are friendly and provide a level of service that you don't often find with other companies these days.

Joe at Duncan Plumbing Solutions was great and very professional! He explained everything in detail and made everything very simple to understand. He was very respectful of our home and time, and cleaned up very well after the service was done. The only downside is that I can't rate Duncan Plumbing 6 stars. David Needham was my plumber along with his apprentice. They both did a fantastic job with our install. Both were very knowledgeable about products, services and future recommendations. I highly recommend you ask for David as your plumber. Traci and Amanda are also very wonderful and helpful when it come to scheduling or any questions you may have. Ive also spoken with Brain who again is very helpful. I highly recommend Duncan’s for your next plumbing project.

Really appreciate the customer service experience from Duncan Plumbing. They were quick to get me on the calendar, sent a picture of the licensed plumber who would be working on our problem and they arrived when scheduled. Dylan and Adam took care of the problem and checked for any additional issues with no pressure to have those issues remedied. They documented our system and told us to call anytime we needed help. We are glad Duncan Plumbing was recommended to us.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets replaced with new sink, disposal and drain plumbing. The installers made several mistakes. The sink drain leaked they came and attempted a repair. We finally called Jon came out on Wednesday and repaired the drain. Mike came out today because we had used 66 gallons of water since midnight, he took care of the problem we actually did not have my son left the outside faucet on. Awesome service from Jon, Mike , and Amanda thank you so much. We will never hesitate to call in the future

Wow, what hard workers John and Fonso are. I’ve been blown away by the love and care these men pour into the community. If you need help with plumbing look no further!
