Contacted Eric after noticing our thermostat wasn’t reflecting the correct temp. Being proactive about the situation and not wanting to deal with the trouble of something possibly going wrong, and also being new to the area didn’t know of any reputable business. Eric answered on the first ring, said he’d be able to get to me the same day to check It out. He was actually 15 mins early! He answered all our questions and concerns. I was so satisfied with the service i bought a new thermostat and had Eric come out again to install It for me. I will Forever be a customer of 1st Gen Heating and Air! I called Eric because our unit froze up and stopped working early Saturday morning. He came right over and checked everything out for us and he was able to figure out the problem within the first few minutes which was the motor. He even took a video of it. Eric ordered the part Monday morning and came over right away and fixed it. Problem fixed and ac running in less than 30 minutes. Fair price and did not attempt to upsale any services. Very nice and courteous & will use again! Thank you Eric!
