Had an appointment for 13:00 but decided to cancel considering that it’s now 15:00. Not very punctual wouldn’t you all say. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Made an appointment for service at 10:00am Friday, I called just before the appointment time to confirm. They did return my phone call to cancel and stated that they were on another job and could not make until next week. Poor service for a commercial account. Now I am stuck trying to get another electrician out on a Friday without a prior appointment. Not only did they cancel out without prior notice, their cancellation will result in additional charges getting someone out of short notice.
