I had a huge hole in my wall from pst service being done, and a weak/wet wall that needed to be tended to and that’s where these guys came in. They were chosen by the owners of my house so I had no say so in who’d be coming to fix this issue. An employee shows up not knowing any English at all whatsoever, which is never an issue for me until he starts doing unprofessional things that need to be corrected, but can’t even understand what I’m saying to correct himself. His name josue. This job was split into 2 days by myself because I wasn’t told that he’d show up an hour late and I wasn’t told that the job would take longer than the time frame they gave me. I had to go to work after he’d been in my house for 4 hours and then I was spoken to by someone who did know English from this company, and the guy had a horrible attitude. He kept telling me why I shouldn’t ask him to leave and what he knows he said to me and didn’t say to me when we scheduled this work order. He then told me I’d be charged, and then he contacted the owners to confirm, like I’m not a grown woman that can contact the owners myself and figure this out. I asked him if he could have josue to cover up this hole in my wall that led to outside and he did not want to do that, so I’ve been having a hole leading to outside for the past 3 days. Josue was leaving to go get more material which shouldn’t have been needed seeing as though I had already submitted pictures of what needed to be fixed, and the owners sent someone out to capture more pictures before these people were even scheduled to come to my house. So even though I told them I had to go to work, this guy still left and took an hour to get more materials and when he showed back up, his items were outside waiting for him because I was already an hour late for work. That same day, when he tended to the weak wall, he had to vacuum out something in between the wall and he had to use my electricity to do so, then his vacuum just spit out all the dust from behind and left who knows what all over my kitchen floor, my living room floor, and under my couch. He’s come back to finish today and the man keeps using my damn water which is unprofessional as hell. If you’re providing a service, YOU COME WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND IF YOU DO NOT, YOU MUST GO BUY IT. Not only did he keep using my water but he kept going to my kitchen sink to rinse his materials off, which is unsanitary and when I informed him of that, he could not understand what I was saying. Now he’s using my bathroom sink and he’s used my sink 10 different times (including when he used my kitchen sink twice) and he splattered paint water all over my bathroom trying to clean his materials. Now he’s done with the job and there is still a hole coming from outside leading into the inside of my wall, so the same issue that made the wall wet and weak in the first place is going to happen again, therefore the job wasn’t even done correctly. I’ve attached the mess he made and sis not clean up, alone with the random item he was rinsing in my kitchen sink then had the nerve to sit on my carpeted stairs, and also the hole he left in my wall leading to outside, the same hole that is still in the wall even though he has patched it up. This review would have been at least 3 stars if this guy hasn’t been so unprofessional as to use my water and electricity, and then use my kitchen sink on top of that. Bring your own items ! What do you have a business for if you have to use the items of the person paying you all to DO YOUR JOB? I should receive compensation for that if I’m being honest.
