For ALL my handyman needs I get ACE serviceman James Kesinger. He does great work. He is very knowledgeable, works hard and efficiently, and honest. To date, James has repaired and painted my garage door trim, installed a light fixture, replaced warped wood panels on my deck, and fixed my dryer vent in the attic. He will explain the work he is doing and try to get your input to make the repairs affordable. No price gouging from this guy. I highly recommend him. Danielle is awesome too. She sets up the appointments and keep you informed about when your serviceman will arrive or if delayed and the process of what happens after hiring them to work on your home. She also does a follow-up after the work is complete. If you are a busy person, and can't do DIY repairs, I think ACE is who you need to call. Also, they get the materials you need if to don't have them. It is charged to you at billing time, but the price of the materials is told to you before they buy it, so it is no big surprise.

Ace Handyman Services did a wonderful job matching me with an expert installer. I had an attic staircase replaced and the job was done in a timely manner and is of high quality.

We had several drywall repairs needed after having some extensive plumbing work done. Ray was great! He was so professional, explained everything to me, kept my budget in mind, and is overall just really great at what he does. You literally cannot see where he repaired our drywall. He also noticed my front door wasn’t shutting correctly and offered to fix it for me while waiting on some mud to dry, he worked on it a few minutes and no more issue! We will definitely be calling Ray back for any future work we need done around the house!

James showed up on time and prepared. He replaced my attic ladder and finished 30 min earlier than the original quote. He was professional and even took a couple minutes to adjust the sagging front door. He cleaned up and addressed a few questions about possible future carpentry work at the house.

Yet another great service experience with Ace Handyman Services. Their craftsman, James Kesinger, was professional and friendly. He made short work of the tasks we had and was in and out in no time. This is the second time that we needed Ace's help as we work to get settled into our new home, and I recommend them for anyone needing a handyman.

I contacted Ace Handyman Services through their website after receiving a quote for a job from a general contractor. Danielle contacted me first thing the next morning to acknowledge receipt of my online inquiry and to give me an update on the estimate. A short time later, she called back with the estimate and explained their pricing policy to me. Ace estimated a price 1/3 of the contractor's price!!!!! Furthermore, Danielle informed me an opening became available the next morning to do the work. After I accepted the time slot, Danielle explained their process and procedures I would expect from the craftsman. Later that evening, James, my craftsman, texted me and confirmed the time he would be arriving at my home. On the scheduled morning, I received a text informing me James was on his way and it included a link to follow his route and his photo so I could be assured he was my assigned craftsman. James arrived a few minutes early and was friendly and professional. He started the work immediately after clarifying what it was we needed him to do. He worked diligently on the project and there was no wasted time or effort. He finished the job in the time given to us in the estimate and left the work area as clean as he found it. Payment was not discussed or requested until the job was completed to our satisfaction, which it exceeded. I have several other things we need done around the house. I will DEFINITLY be calling Ace Handyman Services for those jobs and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same. As a side note, I find their business model to be genius. Thank you, Danielle and James.

Mr.Efrain was very professional. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. My walls in my home gave him a hard time but Mr Efrain did not give up. He gave his best! He made it work. Thank you Mr Efrain.

Efrain did an excellent job on this massive project. It was done in a timely manner and he kept the area cleaned. He kept me informed every step of the way. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate Efrain a 20.

Ace Handyman (James Kesinger) did a high-quality and fast replacement of a garage door facing board. Including caulk and painting. The price of this job was reasonable and the coordination effort was excellent, with messages describing the craftsman and their arrival time confirmations.

I used Ace Handyman (James) for a second job, fabrication of a patio sunscreen. We encountered a structural issue, stopping work. Overnight, James formulated a solution and I now have a great patio sunscreen, blocking that western Texas afternoon/evening sunshine! Workmanship was great, cost fair. This job executed as professionally as the first.

James is pretty good at what he does. He completed my work on time. I will recommend his services to whoever that needs it.

This is my third review of James Kessinger with ACE Handyman Services. I normally would not do three reviews of same company but for James I will make exception. James has completed about 5 or more separate projects in a couple of properties for me and my wife. He works hard, wants to find the best solution, communicates well and stays at it until it's done. He sends progress pics if you want him to. He does not fudge hours or overcharge. He has always been honest with me in his work and I trust him. He is respectful our home, gets along with our animals and I dont mind him being alone in the house do this work, clean up after himself when finished and close door behind him. When I get home I know it will be done right. That's MY experience with James.

Conversation and explanation of work to be taken nicely, brings his own tools if you do not have, very polite

Got nearly a $1000 quote for something that other places were quoting max $400 for some even as low at $250. It’s not even close. Check your other options and always get multiple quotes people.this place was by far the most expensive one I got and most definitely will not be receiving future calls from me. I don’t care how much better they are than the next guy double the price is just insane.

Mr. Kesinger truly is a Master Craftsman. It is hard to find someone like him these days. I certainly will use his services again and recommend him to my friends.
