My fiancé uses your services and I will say they were amazing today. Irha and Elba didn’t miss anything, including a crystal vase that I have been meaning to clean.
They definitely made sure everything was immaculate.

The service was excellent. Every area of my home is immaculate! The ladies were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. It felt like there were friends in my home. This was a major cleaning and I will be using their service on a regular basis.

My experience with Molly Maid has been great, never have an issue. I always choose Team 4 because they listen to me and manage to take care of my request with no hesitations. I would recommend to anyone, makes life a little bit easier when it’s a bit overwhelming.

I asked for a deep clean as we had just had our carpeting removed and Luxury Vinyl installed. I didn't get a deep clean, I got a marginal clean. The shower grout wasn't cleaned and when I closed the lid on the toilet, they had not cleaned the toilet behind the lid. I called and by the time they returned my call (2 hours) I had already cleaned it myself. They offered to return but what was the point, I had cleaned what they should have cleaned the first time. No partial refund was offered, I asked and was just offered again for them to come clean what I had already done. I have since found a couple of places that weren't actually dusted, just things pushed to the back and the front dusted. For $225 for not cleaning the whole house and not even all of one bathroom (only 2 bdrms, 2 bath) 3 full rooms we didn't want cleaned was pricey. Not impressed, will be using someone else next time.

Odelsy, Damaris, and Yenis (Team #3) did a great job doing my deep cleaning service.They were very detailed oriented when it came to cleaning all of the baseboards and windows. They were very respectful of my home. I definitely recommend them and will request them for future cleaning as well.

We booked Molly Maid service for a one time deep cleaning after having our ducts cleaned and insulation replaced. I was so impressed with Delmy and Karina. My cleaning standards are high and they exceeded them (which is difficult--ask the hubby). It is so wonderful to have such a clean house!

All personel involved in the process are very professional. They are punctual, and respectful. Julieta, and Gloria did a fantastic job. They did exactly what I requested, and did it very well. I will definitely use this service again.

Gaby and Trini did an amazing job, I have two little ones and is very hard to do a deep clean and my house needed it badly. The house smells amazing and they took their time and made sure everything was spotless, I’m very thankful they came out and helped a mom out! I will definitely request them to come back!

Hired them to do the move out clean for my apartment. Demaris, Genesis, and Tania (Team #3) were on time, professional, kind, and very efficient. Apartment looked great and smelled great after they were finished. Definitely recommend if you want your deposit back.

For the first time cleaning by Molly Maid of Greater Clear Lake I did a Deep Clean. I had Irma and Elba. Team #13. Those two ladies did such an awesome job. They really had the house looking really nice and clean. I highly recommend them and I will be going on a month to month cleaning and if three weeks is too long for my cleaning I might go every two weeks but I definitely want them two ladies.
