I found what we wanted and the young lady at the check out showed us a new plant.We liked it so much we bought it too. Very nice and helpful. The guy at the gate was pleasant on our way out. We like shopping there.

A lot of variety at relatively compact place at reasonably good prices. One doesn't have to walk a lot to get different plants. I wish employees at counters were a little more courteous! That's ok.

Helpful service and wide favority of trees

Beautiful locally grown plants. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in anyway. They have a large selection of healthy plants and top soil, mulch and fertilizer for whatever gardening project your tackling. Parking is ample and getting loaded is a breeze.

They have any type of plant, tree, or flower you can imagine. Also a good amount of neat produce plants, peppers, olives, different types of citrus, pecan and pear trees, etc. Staff is very friendly and super helpful knowing the location and details of such a dense variety of inventory. Most of the information you need to know about the plant and how to care for it is labeled on its tag, which is very helpful. Additionally, the manager, Eric, is very knowledgeable about the location of all the plants in the nursery and any information about specific details. If you have special circumstances or need any additional help, he will answer any questions you might have. Such as; planting at least two of the same type of plant together will cross pollinate one another leading to healthier garden.

There's always a good selection of healthy plants. We don't typically ask questions, so I'm not sure of the service. The pricing is comparable to other plant stores and lower in some cases. Their sales and coupons put prices on plants that are unbeatable.

Loved the employees there, had just what we were looking for. We were searching around at a store and there strawberry plaints were 3.90 but Houston Garden Centers had them for 1.29. Loved the quality of the frute and vegetable plants they were in perfect condition and were easy to find.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the assistance I received from Karma and most especially Hannah. The customer service at the Webster store was excellent. I wish I could post a picture of my flower bed. It’s beautiful thanks to Hannah’s suggestions and guidance. I’ve never been in the Webster store that I didn’t experience good customer service. Thanks to all!!

We showed up 1/2 hour before closing time on a night where we were going to be getting freezing temperatures and they were there staffed and ready to help. Every single person who helped us had a smile on their face and they were in a good mood.

Good variety of plants - great pricing on the fall color I needed. Cashier was very friendly and helpful as was the porter who loaded my purchases into my car. Will definitely shop here again!

Great service. We buy our Christmas tree here every year and the workers are great. Always ready to pull a few different trees out so the family can pick the perfect one. Thanks.

Beautiful healthy flowers, shrubbery, plants. The amaryllis were just gorgeous today. All I bought was dirt and grass seed though.

This is one of my favorite Houston Garden Centers! They are on an asphalt parking lot so no worries about getting my shoes muddy when I'm driving my wife's wagon around!
Also the people here are very helpful and friendly! Prices are great and a good selection of plants and flowers!

So many plants to select from. They are healthy plants and kept up. The prices are good. I always walk out with a new plant.

Always love this place and always spend too much money because they just have so much great stuff. The staff is excellent. I had to make a quick stop to pick up an Easter gift for my mother. They directed me exactly to where the specific flowers I needed where. Had an excellent selection of colors at a VERY reasonable price and they helped carry my plants from the shelf to the register and then loaded them up in my truck. Which as a person in a wheelchair is a God sent. I will continue to use Houston Garden Centers as long as they're in business.

They always have everything I need. Prices are a little higher here which is okay if your looking for something special. The staff HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS or just doesn't give a darn but they are all pretty nice when not having personal conversations or online time

Well taken care of plants and the sweetest cashier named karma that always has a smile and helpful explaneing the sale signs. Sometimes plants at a set in wrong place but you can trust at check out she will tell you if your plants are not half off giving you a chance to not get them, because at Houston garden center all sales are finial.

If you want an different plant or flower than the big box stores carry, this is the place to go. Also recently bought petunias for 1.99 ea. Look for the sales and you can get great deals.

Love this place! Lots of selection brilliant colors Hardy plants. It's a little difficult to find someone to help you out with your selection. And maybe a little difficult to get someone to help you load your selections to the car, but if you bring your own muscle you don't need to worry about it. The price is more than make up for it especially when they drop it by 50% or even 70% in some cases.
