I had a quote done last week ask if he could put me on the schedule for Monday morning got no call by 1030 so I call to see when they will be here they will call me back 1230 comes they call say picking up material be there at 130 so I wait 230 comes still not her then shows up at 3 so I fired them on the spot for disrespect if your hired to do a job and was told a schedule dont waist there time showing up 8 hours late

The Rameros came out to the Pumkin Patch and help out wonderfully, thay found an issue with our supply feed wire we hadn't notice and help us get that resolved as well. Thank Yawl so much. Miss Ginger was so pleased.

My wife and I recently had a house built by Pfuntner Custom Homes out of East Bernard, TX in 2018. Pfuntner Custom Homes used H&M Electric to do the wiring on our entire house. This was one of the worst contractors on the job both doing the construction and especially after the job. This company was responsible for more than a month delay on our house because they were behind schedule and our builder could not use someone else because it voided the warranty. I wish our builder had gone with someone else and voided the warranty due to all the issues we found upon moving into the house. The biggest issue noticed upon moving in was a hot wire that was under the kitchen cabinets that was easily accessible for our small kids. I told the owner of the company when he was out fixing other stuff, and I ask him to cap the wire in a junction box and he said he would do that. After he left the wire was simply wrapped with electrical tape. In our master bathroom a vent was to be installed but we needed the vent from builder. Upon crawling in the attic to see where the electrical wire was ran, the hot wire was sitting in the attic floor covered in installation. It is not code or safe to just leave a hot wire laying in attic. Upon crawling in the attic, I also noticed the electricians decided to snake the wire from electrical box between HVAC ducts so now we have a wire setting about 3 feet off the attic floor via a HVAC duct. I also noticed that none of the junction boxes where wires were spliced together had covers on them. I ask the new electrician (5 months with license) if he could put a cover on it and he said they don’t make covers for those junction boxes. I proceeded to home depot and put them on the junction boxes. The biggest mistake was found last. While living in the house for a month or so we had a power surge on our entire house. Upon the power being turned back on our exterior flat panel LED lights no longer worked. After getting new lights, I decided to change out the lights, which were flat panel lights that had to be changed by wires and not a light bulb. Upon accessing the first light I noticed a small hole was drilled in paneling and there was no junction box. The wires were simply shoved into the attic. After inspecting the other 15 plus lights it was found that none of the lights had junction boxes on them. After mentioning this to the owner of the company, he states there was not room for a junction box. This was the case for most lights, but our patio had more than 3 feet to the roof. Some other areas had small coverage, but the electricians stated they made shallow junction boxes. I am not sure why the electricians did not state that when originally install. The electricians came back out to install the boxes and left a huge mess of trash all over our front and back patio. Our water well which is on a 220V plug, the electricians installed 2 separate 120V breakers, which means if the breaker trips it is likely to only trip 1 of the 120V since they are not connected. I would never recommend this company to do any electrical work no matter big or small.

Tried to hire as my electrician. Approved quote for work to begin. Before I could pay the provider stopped responding and never answered my calls. Assumed they didn't want my business and moved on to another. After reading some of their past reviews I am not the only one. I guess they are picky about who they take on as their customers.

H&M Electrical Service are very professional. I called and were able to come out very quickly. He was able to fix it and explain the problem to prevent future issues. Thank you again for your assistance....I would highly recommend their services.
