We had a water leak in our wall. Devan and Wayne were at our house on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of fixing our plumbing problem. Both men were very professional and customer friendly.

I have used this company on multiple occasions. Office staff is great, plumbers are friendly, responsive, and offer solutions with affordable pricing. I will use them on all my properties going forward.

Scheduled to be here at 8:30 to install a propane line and hook up for a heater. It was raining so we didn’t know if they would still come. Wayne arrived at 8:15. Worked around the rain and completed the job as scheduled. I would highly recommend this company.

Have had the pleasure of having Wayne and Devon out to our homestead as well as my childhood home, which is currently under renovation. It’s been a nightmare of a renovation, but the guys came through with the second visit after two foundation corrections over 20 years by Olshan. I have used Great State of Texas Plumbing Company three times now. Once to run about 400' of water line from the meter to my new home. They recently came out and installed new toilets and repaired a water leak. All companies should operate like this company. They are very responsive with updates on your appointment and provide professional service at reasonable prices. They are my "Go To" pluming company. Our house needed some major work done on the sewer lines that broke under the foundation, Devin was the technician who showed up to help us out with this stressful situation . Devin was very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. Fair price and excellent work! I would highly recommend them for any work to be done.

Aug 1, 2025 - Justin come out today to replace a toilet in our master bath. He went over everything with us, gave me a quote, ran out to get a replacement part and completed the job perfectly. We also discussed next steps in our bathroom remodel plans!

Plumbers were great and the install was done professionally. Price seemed high for an hr of labor.

They came in, looked at the problem and quickly went to work. They actually hit a snag in the repair but figured a way to fix it correctly with a little extra work on their part. Gave me a close estimate which was great. Will be using them again if I have any other plumbing issues

This was the second time I've used this family-owned plumbing company to do work on my 64 year old house. Both times the owner's sons did an exceptional job. They're not cheap, but they do quality work and it's worth the cost to know the work is done right. I'll be calling on them again to do work in the recently remodeled kitchen, and to replace outside hose faucet. Update 01/05/2026: called them back to fix drain issues introduced by a contractor during a kitchen remodel. This time Tyler did the work. He is bright and knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff. Well worth the price to know it's done right!

James was very helpful in calling ahead to get details of the job before hand in case he needed to gather extra materials. He arrives even before scheduled appointment. He Hooked up my gas line to my outdoor grill very quickly.

Called for 3 water leaks. Charged 500 for new toilet flapper and hot water heater fitting. I have paved drive and plumber claimed leak was under concrete requiring busting out drive or tunneling under drive. I could see where the air bubbles were coming from however in the grass. They sat in truck in ac for 2 hours until i walked back outside. I pointed out were the bubbles were coming from and plumber admitted leak was in grass. Quoted another 1000 to fix. I paid another 250 for locating leak and asked them to leave my property. Shawn

Too hot for the crew to be outside working, glad it wasn't me! The crew troubleshot the system and finally discovered what the problem was, and managed to get it fixed! Great job!

Then they added a antifreeze hydrant to eliminating the need for covering up the existing faucet from freezing weather

Great friendly guys that installed as quick as possible. Classic in cleaning up around the area afterwards. Highly recommend! BH
