Elias and his tech team were great. Arrived early, [laced floor coverings down and then proceeded to remove and replace th eold system. Once completed Elias advised me what to expect and cold air started flowing again. Very happy and highly recommend!

Garret is very impressive for someone his age. I just had my AC checked-had no problem. Have used Crow’s for many years-now next generation is being involved!

Jordan was great. Took him one visit and he just left and I can feel the cool air! Prosper air was out twice and I was left without air conditioning for a week with no timeline of solution! Wish I would’ve called Crows sooner!

Oh my goodness, the prices are astronomical.. The young man took about 10 minutes... came back and charged me a Really NICE sized sum.. This comes without warning.. Just ask them to tell you an estimate of the work before they complete it.. AND Don't call after hours.. even though they don't mention it and act like their open.. their not.. They don't say hours.. THEY JUST CHARGE YOU! I'm never using them again.. and will be more vigilant next time!

No better service, honest and have integrity. Crow was recomended by one of the largest AC supply shops after we had 3 big local companies out to inspect hail damaged units, all gave shady reasons and inflated replacement cost. 1 company turned off the one good unit in middle of july then ghosted us when we were looking for temp solution while we worked out replacement with property company.

Crow’s is the most dependable, reliable company in their category. They return calls promptly, show up on time, present options for repair in a clear and concise manner, and most importantly, they always fix the problem. They won’t rest until the customer is satisfied. Give them a call the next time your ac or heat goes out. You won’t regret it.

Jason & Chantel were amazing, very professional and kind at time when we were wrestling with a potentially expensive repair to our AC system!!. Jason was able to identify our issue and help explain next steps for us. Highly recommend you give them a call! Especially if you have a spray foam insulated attic and your ac system is still struggling to keep the house cool.

95 degrees in Texas and our central air conditioning went out. I phoned our good neighbors Crow’s Heat and Air before they were open and left a message. As soon at opening time came, I got a call back and they scheduled me for between 3 and 5. Just before 3, Garret showed up and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor. We’re cool again!! I couldn’t be happier with Service and will be a return customer in the event. I have more heat or AC problems in the future thank you for your professional service!!!

I called for a cooling issue with my AC, the lady who picked up my call was so friendly, kind and sweet.
She scheduled up a tech to be within an hour at my home address.
The technician Kolby arrived promptly and fix the problem (replaced the capacitor) in just minutes.
Price was pretty much decent considering was on a weekend.

Realizing time had come to replace both of my OLD units, my brother recommended that I contact Crow’s Heat and Air. Jason came out the next day and gave me a very good quote so I was put on the schedule. Before installation, I think I called everyday with new questions and concerns but they were always answered to my satisfaction and with respect and kindness. I was just a nervous customer. When the installers came, they were very professional and explained the process to me as they worked.
From start to finish, my experience with purchasing new units and installation was EXCELLENT !!

We have been using Crow’s Heat & Air for over two years. They have provided an outstanding service and their prices are reasonable. They have been very good at troubleshooting and solving issues, and are very responsive and always show up on time. After having On Time AC do a routine inspection on our units, they wanted to charge us $12k to “clean” my “extremely unhealthy” AC units.
We called Crow Heat & Air, and Garret came and took a look at our units, confirming what we thought was happening. The ON Time AC company was trying to scam us.

My a/c went out and Chris came out was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and saved me a ton of money by just replacing the part that went bad and had the air back running within an hour

We had our air conditioner go out. Patriot was very responsive and found where wires had been disconnected and put on a new wiring harness and saved my family from having to suffer through the end of the Texas heat with no ac.

Was referred to Patriot, they came out 01/25/25 and replaced a part. Today I called another company, because still having same issues, who found MULTIPLE errors in the original installation in 2021 that Patriot should have been able to identify if they were good at their job.
