Richard was really helpful and responded quickly. We used his services to fix our dryer plug that was wired incorrectly and install a generator plug into our breaker. He was very prompt, respectful and had pride in his work. My husband an I are very impressed with him and would recommend him to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Wes. He was on-time, provided a fair price, and did quality work. He did all of the work himself and tended to be a perfectionist in taking great care with all of the details of the project. He backs up the quality of his work and his handshake is his word. This is the first time I have used Sutton Electrical but plan to use Wes for all of my future electrical needs.

Wes and his assistant Hal arrived on time and ready to work. Within an hour I had a new outlet installed under the kitchen sink where one did not exist before! I will definitely be using Sutton Electrical Services for all my future installations and repairs. I talked to Wes one afternoon around 4:00p.m. and they were at my door the next day at 11:30 a.m. Great service! Highly recommend this company.

I initially contacted Sutton Electrical to install ceiling fans. Wes, the owner, showed up right on time and installed them for a fair price. After that great experience, I had him come back to change out all of my can lighting to LED. He did a fantastic job! I found Wes to be dependable, priced fairly and does very professional work. I highly recommend Sutton Electrical Services for all of your electrical needs. Wes is affordable and precise! He takes pride in his trade and does the job correctly. He came out to install a vent hood over our kitchen island and installed a few bathroom fans, including fixing a light fixture that a previous electrician failed to properly do. He additionally found a few electrical connections that were improperly installed and corrected it. Mind you, he did not charge extra for the faulty wiring, he said that he could not in good conscience, leave it that way after seeing it. He truly cared about the safety of my family. He is our top choice for Electricians in our area. We will use him again and again. Support this small business. You will not regret it. We need small businesses to stay around. Incompetent ..on target is definitely not his mantra...when given the opportunity to send his technician back and complete the repair he chose to be rude...

Very rude, called on a Saturday and was told to call doing business hours, and hung up on me. Had his web site had his hours i would have never called.

Sam and all the guys at Arrowhead Electric, Inc do an excellent job. They get the job done in a timely and professional manner.

Fixed my problem quickly at a very reasonable price. Answered the phone at 4:30 pm and was out the next morning.

A representative of this company who was driving a company vehicle (license plate# MLX-5331) was driving like a maniac on the Gulf Fwy on Sunday, July 16th at 11:50. They almost caused at least 3 accidents, caused multiple vehicles to have to swerve into other lanes of traffic to avoid getting hit. Completely unprofessional. Get your act together, or hire more responsible employees. The quality of your work doesn’t matter when your staff is a danger to the public. A police report is being filed. Shame on you.

This is a great company that I would recommend to anyone and everyone. They repaired the wiring and electrical problems we had in our home after it flooded. They were fast polite and efficient. They had no problems providing me with any paperwork I needed for the bank. Sam and his team are great.
