Very fast callback, they showed up only an hour later, which was amazing, and much appreciated when it's hot and your AC stops working. The technician was detailed and gave me two proposals; the quick refill to give us another year, or the expensive replacement with a longer lifespan. I didn't feel pressured at all. Very professional and a reasonable price to boot!

Prompt service...Rodney is simply the best. Came earlier than the appointment time and diagnosed the problem right away. The price was just right...way cheaper than others even though it was a weekend urgent call. I'm a happy customer for life now :) Will be calling Certain Air for yearly A/C checkups from here on.

Rodney came by today and he was great. I received same day service, everything is working perfectly and the price was unbeatable! I recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with their heating or AC unit. Don't bother calling anyone else.

Similar to many people, I am a sceptic about reviews and feel that my oversight is needed to be sure a job is done correctly. Certain Air is different. Randy was fantastic, and I highly, highly recommend him. He is as honest as the day is long and very thourgh. As far as I am concerned, I will not call anyone else. I echo everyone elses comments. One other AC company diagnosed my AC problem as needing an entire unit for several thousand dollars. Randy repaired it for a couple hundred bucks.

Randy was on time, extremely thorough.
I have an old unit way out of its prime and he evaluated it and did a few things to keep it going...it wont be long, i know the system needs to be replaced. I asked him to price one for me and i know without question he is very competitive and he will be back to do the work..

I rarely give reviews, but Randy and Rodney are 100% the best home services company I’ve ever worked with. I wouldn’t even think about going elsewhere. I have been a customer for almost 15 years, and they have always been responsive, helpful, and extremely professional.

Randy at certain air saved us! After several misses and mistakes by our previous AC guy we called Randy. He came out on his day off, found the issue, and recommended we have our previous AC guy come out and fix his mistakes vs just fixing and charging us. After explaining we were done with our previous ac repair person, he got to work fixing the issue.

We haven’t ever had a very cold ac in this Texas heat, so I didn’t have high hopes for a cold AC. Well the last 2 days we’ve had to turn our temp up because we were freezing.

Randy has been my go to guy with Certain Air Conditioning and Heating for over 12 years, and he provides the best service with efficient time spend to repair your aid conditioning and heating services. He came out today and quickly assessed the problem with my AC system with temps in 104* to 107* temperature range. My home that was at 88 degrees was cooled down, and I was back from the hot box to a cool chill in my home again! Thanks Randy you saved me and my home AC system again.

Randy and Rodney are great guys to work with. They show up SUPER fast and their pricing is always fair. I work with a lot of contractors and it's rare that you really TRUST anyone, but I know that Rodney will never tell me work needs to be done if it doesn't absolutely need to be done. I highly recommend this company! I called Friday morning and the technician (Rodney) was here in a couple of hours. Randy is the owner. I agree with a previous reviewer that Randy and Rodney are a honest as the day is long. I have had Rodney out when he worked for Larsen's and was shocked (relieved too) to learn that the Certain Air technician that whistled walking down my walk was Rodney. He will give you options if options exist and explain things in order for the layperson to understand. I am telling all my friends about Certain Air. Very professional and trustworthy.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used them, and they are the most honest and helpful people I’ve used. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure I got the best price for a part for my AC- saving me several thousand dollars by having me get the necessary part from somewhere else. I never was pushed to replace the whole system like many of the bigger corporate owned companies. Definitely recommend!

This is probably the best AC company if you are in Houston area! They were very professional and also gave me a fair and good price to change my condenser and coil. They also signed me up for the product lifetime warranty so I wouldn’t forget to do it. Thank you Trent. We will definitely use them as long as we living here.

Last year 2022 we were paying in the month of August $673.00 for the house electricity and another $93.00 for the garage.

Now for 2023 since Certain Air changed out our air-conditioning, we paid $298.36 for the house and $30.48 for the garage.

They were very professional laying matting down the hallway and entry. They were cautious to remove and haul off the old unit and anything out of the attic. No boxes for us to haul off.

They also installed a new thermostat in the hallway,. Everything runs much cooler and faster, to where I am comfortable running the air on 74 degrees. They put a new breaker box outside connected to the house. My husband poured the slab underneath the air conditioner.

He explained how to hose it down to keep sand, leaves and debris out of the air conditioner to make it run more efficiently and smoothly.

We thank them for the fantastic experience and great warranties on his products and services. I hope our air-conditioning never goes out again, but if it does Certain Air is who we will be calling. Thank you, Randy, for the wonderful experience. As nice as you were, we hope not to see you again under these conditions. (ha-ha) But will use and highly recommend your company to anyone who asks.

Highly recommend Certian Air. Used them this summer to replace my AC unit and coils, based on reference. Excellent service. Showed up for service call and repair at the exact time they said. Fair price. Needed them again for intermitent furnace issues. Rodney troubleshooted and fixed unit without part swapping. Again fast call-out (next day), exactly on time, quality work, and a fair price!! Highly recommend Randy and Rodney!
