Burke came is, located our problem and other issues that were not resolved by our previous home warranty boneheads. They listened to our concerns, came out prepared to locate the issue and resolved it. Danielle was great. Will use them again if needed.

We’ve used Burke for several years. My call was for a leak they needed immediate attention. They were here within the hr. Professional and friendly on a job that was complicated and took 2 visits. I was informed of progress and always answered my questions of the process.

We had used Merrick from Burke Family Plumbing to do a few smaller repairs for us recently. Then our 2 year old water heater unexpectedly started leaking. I reached out multiple times to the original plumber who installed it (not Burke Family Plumbing) to no avail, despite leaving multiple voicemails across multiple days.

I gave Burke Family Plumbing a call and they had someone there within a few hours, despite it being Friday afternoon. Merrick was wonderful and helped us find a replacement water heater locally that our warranty would cover, because it was not a water heater that they typically install. It’s now Monday, and we have a working water heater and I still have not heard back from the original plumber (not Burke Family Plumbing). I feel that they actually care about their employees who in turn care provide quality service to their customers.

We've used Burke Family Plumbing with terrific results in the past, so we called them again recently on behalf of an elderly family member. The two technicians arrived promptly and got to work on what turned out to be a terrible clog in the line through the front yard. We were impressed with their expertise, hard work and friendliness.
