With that said, I want to share how incredibly impressed I was with AJ, the owner of Wolfpack Plumbing, and the work he performed at my business.

I received AJ’s contact information through a Facebook referral and gave him a call—fully expecting to leave a message or be routed to a service. To my surprise, he answered immediately. From the start, he was responsive, professional, and quick to schedule an appointment. When I had a minor scheduling conflict, AJ was very flexible and accommodating.

He maintained excellent communication leading up to the appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would. After assessing the issue, AJ demonstrated real integrity—he could have easily upsold additional services, but instead recommended a simple, honest fix. That level of transparency was refreshing and greatly appreciated.

He came prepared with the necessary parts, completed the repair efficiently, and worked seamlessly without disrupting my business operations. Throughout the process, he remained professional and courteous, cleaned up thoroughly, and even took the time to show me the faulty part he replaced.

AJ came to our house about 2 days ago to repair a leak and replace a faucet. From start to finish this young man was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. His wife reached back to me quickly, and I had an appointment booked in one day! That's extremely impressive. AJ let us know when he was on the way, kept us updated when he had to get the parts and completed the job all in the same day. I am in awe of this company and I am sure you will be too. Never have I had plumbing done so well, had a plumber be so kind and courteous (he fully explained what he did), and then the best part was...I felt like we under paid! Will definitely use this company again and again for future projects.
