Fantastic experience from beginning to end!
professional, responsive Nina answered my call and was able to schedule an appointment right away, which is quite important in the current Texas heat!
The next morning, i got a call early form the office reminding me that they would be arriving this morning and would call when they were on the way.
Colby let me know when he was en route and arrived on time and got my AC issue fixed quickly. He also checked over the other pieces of equipment in the heating and cooling system, instead of just doing "the minimum" as many places now do.

Just an outstanding experience form All-A-Round!!!

All-A-Round came highly recommended by several friends. Colby and the team did a great job for our outdoor compressor diagnosis and replacement. As a technical guy I appreciated his full explanation of normal system function, his explanation of his diagnostic steps and results, and his explanation of the cause of failure. Colby also provided valuable information on maintenance that has not been shared by past vendors. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to my friends.

Top notch service : we had a storm come thru ac stopped working . I call All an around AC at 930pm on Monday evening. My call was answered professionally and dispatched their Tech Mike , he called and verified correct address, he quickly identified the issue and walked me thru what was wrong and how to fix it. He then gave me the total cost and showed me a couple other things to look at on the unit. 5 star customer service , I would recommend Mike and his team to anybody.

I called for after hours air conditioner service repair. David arrived within the hour. David was very professional and courteous. I was very happy with the service.

First of all, the customer service here is excellent! We thought we had issues with our ac and Lucas came out to look but didn’t find the problem since it wasn’t actively messing up, but he was willing to stay and look at some other concerns we had around the house. He was very professional and helpful. The next day, the motor went out on the inside and the same day, Michael came and checked it, went to get a part, and brought it back and replaced it! You can’t beat a good company that takes care of their customers well! We will definitely be using them in the future!

I put in a help ticket on a Saturday night and someone was at my house by lunch on Monday. It was a bit pricey, but they were thorough and did a great job. Kept us updated along the way. Provided a comprehensive estimate.

They are AWESOME!!! David came in and fixed my air conditioner in under 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend them and if I ever have an AC problem they’ll definitely get my business again. Thanks again

I contacted All-A-Round for a service call for heat related issues. Helen answered the phone, scheduled the call and then checked back prior to repairman arrival. Colby notified us that he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He found the problem, described in detail what repairs needed to be fixed and completed the task quickly. Nathaniel accompanied Colby and I throughly enjoyed visiting with him.

I can say without a doubt, all three individuals were friendly, respectful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

David at all-around air conditioning has been excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and efficient. We are so grateful for such good service keeping our A/C running.

Aside from having the most eye catching and exciting superhero logo painted vehicles, the entire crew had that superhero SAVE THE DAY personality! Right on the scheduled start time, they flew in with tools and equipment ready to rescue us from our orbiting out of control hot and cold universe. They were so super polite and patient in answering our many questions as they worked diligently to install the new warrantied heating and air conditioning unit. I give five stars to the All A Round A team of Jonathan, Miguel, Cameron, and Micheal!!

We needed our A/C repaired asap. We asked neighbors and friends and they couldn’t recommend anyone. So we blindly looked a few companies up. We are so grateful that we chose All-A-Round A/C. They were prompt, professional, caring and gave us an estimate before any work was done. They finished the job and got us cool again. We now can rest easy knowing we have found such an awesome company for our family. Colby & Lucas both were very friendly and professional and got the job done. Even the office staff took care of us. Tech Colby came out and was able to diagnose, rewire, and install a new thermostat to get our system up and running. He was nice and super professional. He explained everything that he was doing and made us feel assured about his work. I would definitely recommend him and this company 100%

We had a large HVAC ductless with two controls installed in our guest house. Timely, professional, accomodating to our requests and courteous. The installation was done very well and the Carrrier Units are of high quality and made in the USA.

Colby was great to work with. He was helping educate us on our 2006 house we bought and helped get the AC working better than it was. Then we learned more about our options too. Thank you!
