Showed up early very knowledgeable folks. A pleasure to deal with. I think we have a new HVAC company.

All I got to say is great work from this company. The technician David that came out with all around AC was knowledgeable, patient, great work ethic, and just all around professional I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would recommend them to everybody in the area they work in. If all the technicians and the staff with this company work half as great and professional as David did. I would highly recommend them if you unfortunately have any problems with your heating, AC, or refrigeration. Thank you David and All Around AC.

Colby came out and serviced our mother’s air-conditioning unit after it went out, he was very personable and got the work done in a timely manner. And the air works perfect now. Thank you so much for exceptional service!!!!!

The guys arrived right on time and cleared the clog on my air conditioner line super quickly. They told me everything else looks good. This company seems to be reliable and trustworthy. I do recommend them.

In one of the hottest days of the year. I’ve been in the industry on the manufacturing side for 36 years and I KNOW what a great air conditioning company looks like. All Around Air Conditioning is that company!

Every person from the receptionist, double checking to ensure I wasn’t being double booked, because someone else was being scheduled simultaneously, to the service provider were professional. I was able to get service either same day or the next day for my furnace not working and snow storm was coming. Colby was my service provider was professional, friendly, and informative. I don’t normally feel comfortable with people in my home, but I was at ease with Colby and he identified my problem quickly. Recommend this company to anyone needing services.

Michael was very knowledgeable and personable. I feel that I made a friend. The office was efficient and went that extra mile for me. I see why they have such a high ranking. This was the best house call I've ever had in all the four homes I've ever owned. I had an option to save a few bucks by going with another technician but quality counts. Don't mess around with major repairs, folks. I've learned to go with the best. All-A-Around is the best.

We had an unexpected AC issue late on a Friday night, and we were honestly expecting to have to wait until the next day (or longer) to get it resolved. Thankfully, we called All Around AC and were blown away by the level of service we received. David arrived within 30 minutes of our call — after 9 PM, no less — and immediately got to work.

From the moment he arrived, David was courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our system back up and running in no time. His efficiency and calm demeanor turned what could have been a frustrating night into a very positive experience.

It’s rare these days to find a company that is not only responsive but also truly cares about their customers, especially during off-hours. David exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re so grateful for his help.

I reached out to All-A-Round AC Tuesday morning. They were able to schedule me same day and showed up on time. Colby was awesome! And very knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing and explained how I can help maintain my mini split. He explained everything that he was doing and what the charges would be up front. Very thankful for this company and their honesty. I've dealt with a few other HVAC companies over the years and this is by far the most knowledgeable and honest company I've ever dealt with.

We called the evening before and were given a time the technician would show up. Colby (the technician) got here well before the stated time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Colby was very friendly and courteous, he even gave our dog a kiss. Totally recommend this company.

We called Saturday morning for our a/c not cooling the house enough. We received an email with the Service Technicians name and picture. He was very polite and very professional. He found a tiny leak in the line. Problem solved! House is cold again! Thank you so much for your speedy response and service!

Great first time experience with these guys and Colby. Wife explained they were polite and professional all across the board during our spring service. Office staff was extremely responsive and great to work with as well. They were even able to install our new thermostat during this visit. Glad I went with this company.

Service was handled seamlessly and even though the crew was very professional they were also very friendly and accommodating . Great job All Around!

Colby replaced the motor on our Carrier infinity unit which solved the issue. He was able to get the price within our budget.

Huge thank you to All Around Air for getting us in the very next morning after calling after-hours! Michael Harrison was our tech for today and it was a fantastic experience! He is very thorough and makes sure the job is done correctly. He’s very knowledgeable and got us fixed up quickly!

We recently purchased a Carrier heat pump system from All Around AC. Michael & Colby did a walk-thru, listened to our concerns, and came up with an installation plan. Neena kept us informed throughout the process, handled the system registration, and answered questions related to the installation. The entire team did an excellent job, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We would highly recommend All Around AC.

We arrived home after a 4-hour drive only to find our AC unit not working. It was late and the house was unbearably hot, but this company came out after hours and saved the day! They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the spot, and had our AC running smoothly again. Professional, responsive, and kind—exactly what you hope for when you’re stressed and in need of help. Colby Outstanding service very professional took the time to show me what exactly what was going on. I really do appreciate that. Show me where the emergency shut off was walk me through why the water was running this way and what needed to be done to correct it. Did not make us feel rushed to get in and get out Took his time to show us. We are from Kentucky visiting family and we just love the hospitality, personality, and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
