A/C went out and it's HOTTTT in TX. I went on neighbornextdoor and found an electrician that recommended J.C.S. The coolest part is J.C is honest,reliable, and fair. Very knowledgeable,direct, and came to the rescue quickly. He made my terrible experience not seem so terrible. I'm a pretty loyal person. So, I will be using his services whenever I need something and I know if I have any questions or concerns J.C will answer them. It's hard to find good and honest people that will really fix the problem. If I know anyone else that needs HVAC work. I will surely recommend J.C.S

Good people but hard to get return cal

It was a Saturday night around 8:45 after a long weeks work came home to no AC. The house was hot. We called several AC places with no response. We got an immediate response and within 30 minutes John was here in on Saturday night after 9 pm to repair the AC. The price was great and coming out on a Saturday night to repair our AC you can’t give enough stars for that type of service. Thank you so much John.

professional, responsive Nina answered my call and was able to schedule an appointment right away, which is quite important in the current Texas heat!
The next morning, i got a call early form the office reminding me that they would be arriving this morning and would call when they were on the way.
Colby let me know when he was en route and arrived on time and got my AC issue fixed quickly. He also checked over the other pieces of equipment in the heating and cooling system, instead of just doing "the minimum" as many places now do.

As a technical guy I appreciated his full explanation of normal system function, his explanation of his diagnostic steps and results, and his explanation of the cause of failure. Colby also provided valuable information on maintenance that has not been shared by past vendors. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to my friends.

Top notch service : we had a storm come thru ac stopped working . I call All an around AC at 930pm on Monday evening. My call was answered professionally and dispatched their Tech Mike , he called and verified correct address, he quickly identified the issue and walked me thru what was wrong and how to fix it. He then gave me the total cost and showed me a couple other things to look at on the unit. 5 star customer service , I would recommend Mike and his team to anybody.

I called for after hours air conditioner service repair. David arrived within the hour. David was very professional and courteous. I was very happy with the service.

First of all, the customer service here is excellent! We thought we had issues with our ac and Lucas came out to look but didn’t find the problem since it wasn’t actively messing up, but he was willing to stay and look at some other concerns we had around the house. He was very professional and helpful. The next day, the motor went out on the inside and the same day, Michael came and checked it, went to get a part, and brought it back and replaced it! You can’t beat a good company that takes care of their customers well! We will definitely be using them in the future!
