Cherry Creek Landscaping was hired to perform a $20,000.00 landscaping remodel for my Central Austin home, and they were terribly unprofessional. The project started out well, but as the project continued, the quality of work declined considerably. At one point, I caught the contractors attempting to pass off "unfinished work" as "finished." One of their responsibilities to complete was to resurface, stamp and stain a concrete walkway. That never happened. The contractors attempted to stain/paint over the walkway, hoping that the unfinished work would simply go unnoticed. After confronting Jovanne the owner, he simply denied everything, even though it was written into the contract. The breaking point came when they were about 13 days over-schedule and the work was not getting completed. Text messages and voicemails to the owner went constantly unanswered. When he did respond, the owner would continually lie about the circumstances. Eventually, I ended up firing Cherry Creek for abandoning the contract and initiating chargebacks on my credit card for the unfinished work and damage they caused to my property. Fellow consumers, this company is not worth the hassle, take a pass.

Excellent service and work done. Cherry Creek helped us with walkways on the sides of the house and it has made a huge difference in the outside appeal and functionality of the walkway. Pricing was excellent and work was done as scheduled. I will be using them again for any future landscaping/construction.

Unprofessional and terrible communication. After being approached by Jovanne for some work I was passed to his wife Janet and that is where the problems began. Communication was awful. I never received any of the calls or emails I was told I would receive. I constantly had to follow up. Ultimately none of the work was ever contracted or completed because Janet never could get it together! I highly recommend that you do not waste your time with this unprofessional group of people.

From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to listen to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and with the help of their design services they turned my yard into something even better than I imagined. They completed the project on time and almost exactly on budget (a big deal these days)!
