Another example of the only option, but the best option. This little town keeps surprising me! I have been using Hill Country Housekeepers for the last two months and have been nothing but pleased with their work. They even put on my duvet covers for all the beds, correctly, without even being asked. That is my least favorite part about friends coming in town and they surprisingly did it for me. Keep up the good work guys!

We have had an awesome experience with our service! Our girls Alyssa, Juanita, and Britney, are the best! They know exactly how we like things done! they get so much done and then some! And are super personable and respectful! Great crew!!

Daniela & Alex & Victoria had been absolutely exceptional. For the last 5 months Daniela has been consistent and always with a great positive attitude and so detail oriented, a quality not so easy to come across now a days. I would like that the same ladies (like Daniela) would be normally the same. Victoria is also attentive always smiling. Alex happy smile and in the short period of time that she has been coming has shown that extra mile as well as the positively outgoing person. I just want to thank these ladies and those who had been in our home previously for their hard work.

I would recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances. They provide the same, consistent top quality cleaning no matter what I throw at them with a smile and sense of confidence. New puppy barking nonstop...no problem. Kids home for the summer....no problem. Lock them out of the house while the kids are sound asleep...no problem. Move to a nearby town and beg them to continue cleaning my house...no problem. Most recently I started working from home and honesty, I prefer to be no where near my house while the cleaning is taking place! I was nervous about maintaining my professional practice while the team was cleaning. They were so quiet that I forgot they were there until they knocked on my door to tell me they were finished and to have a great day! This is a professional, no stress company with a 'home town feel'. You will be attached to Matt, Jelka and the staff from the moment you meet them.

I use Hill Country Housekeepers at my six bedroom short term rental property as well as my own home. The staff is amazing and eager to learn your preferences.

At the rental property they go above and beyond to ensure the details are taken care of. They strip the beds, take the laundry with them, and return with clean laundry the next visit. They even empty the dishwasher and top off the all soap dispensers!

At my home they're consistent, helpful, and ask if there is anything extra they can do while there. Plus, they're ok putting my three crazy dogs outside after they arrive.

We were in a bind - selling our home and needing to move asap! Hill Country Housekeepers seriously saved us, and provided the best and most professional cleanings that we've ever had in Wimberley!! We've used 2 other cleaning services here, as well as Handy, and none even came close to being as reliable, communicative, and detailed as Hill Country Housekeepers! They worked with us on timing, created a detailed plan for moveout, and our home was sparkling clean for our house showings and again for move-out for our new buyers. If we were able to stay in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a reoccurring cleaning! Our house had never looked more clean! Amazing experience! Thank you again.

Paid 350 dollars for my counters, oven, and microwave to not be cleaned to standard as well as grime in corners to the point my landlord is having to buy a whole new crew to come do it again. If you’re moving out and want your security deposit back, do not book this company.

Seems professional at first, and then it gets bad....really bad. Matt (the owner) came out to my house to offer a quote after I first called him to inquire about his services. He brought some of his crew with him, told me they are very professional, often the same crew each time that comes to your house, and that they are very dependable. Well none of this turned out to be true. HIs crew came out a total of 3, maybe 4 times. They scratched up my walls with black marks each time, on several occassions left dust balls and did not clean under the beds. After complaining the first time, Matt called me back to tell me I should get a magic eraser to fix the walls and said this would not happen again. The last time they cleaned, Matt waited a few days to call me back (even though he charged my card instantly) and became extremely rude and arrogant claiming that the scratches were "hairline" and asking me "haven't you ever bumped into your walls before?" Yes Matt, I have bumped into my walls before, but not every time I am in my house in 2 hour windows and I don't leave gouges or pay myself $200 each time to do it. On top of that, he claimed (at the end of the call, which is not legal in consumer law) he was recording this call and that he was going to share this recording with others on social media if I wrote a negative review. I say go for it Matt, show your customers how you treat them. Already contact my bank and the BBB and will make sure I get my money back, but do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this company.

I'm sorry to have to say this company disappointed me. The owners and the ladies who came to clean are super nice and worked hard but not very thoroughly. After they left I noticed several areas that weren't dusted at all. I sent pictures to the quality control person and let her know I'd point out areas that perhaps are easy to miss on their next visit. Then I could see tufts of dog hair in one of the bedrooms so I emptied my vacuum canister and vacuumed that room again. I emptied the canister on the bathroom floor. Sadly I had to cancel services. These ladies are the best around. From price to the perfection your house is left in. We’ve been using them for over a year; twice a month. We started at their suggestion with a deep clean (one day every week for 3 weeks). And then moved to twice a month. They arrive on time in great spirits.

I am absolutely floored. 2 messy babies and toddlers, 5 pets that are indoor/outdoor, and us. This house is spotless everytime.

I don’t know the magic they use to clean our rugs but I lay down in those rugs occasionally just to cuddle up in their softness and cleanness after they leave 😂

Windows. Counters. Surfaces. Floors. Couches. They make the beds and the cribs. They clean our highchairs even! not a centimeter of this house doesn’t come out clean as heaven (which it feels like walking into with this crazy of a household). Could not recommend more which is why I wanted to give them this shoutout.

Disappointed with my experience. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice, however, owner seems uninvolved. I used this company for 3 months (coming once a month) and they never met expectations. Consistently forgot basic things like dusting window ledges, fans, headboards. Completely missed rooms when mopping and also thought that mopping was just getting the floor wet and sliding the mop head in a large S shape (no effort, missed major spots in the rooms they did “mop”)

The team here has done a great job. We signed up for service due to newborns and I can’t believe we didn’t get started sooner. Sadie was really helpful getting us set up. And the team of cleaners since has been great too. We highly recommend them for housekeeping service.

Cherry Creek did an amazing job for our venue here in Canyon Lake. They put down over 2,500 sqft of pavers in a short window of time. They went above and beyond to provide a great end product and stayed late to make sure the job was done in time of events coming up that weekend. I would highly recommend them for any landscape project!

Cherry Creek Landscaping did a great job at my mother’s house. They installed about a 3,500 sq ft paver driveway, redid all the flowerbeds, and cleaned up the backyard which really needed a lot of work. The place looks completely different now.

They also worked on the in-ground pool and fixed a main issue that a couple other companies couldn’t figure out, so that alone meant a lot to us.

The crew showed up when they said they would & worked hard. Overall we’re very happy with everything and would use them again.
