Fresh Air Duct Experts was easy to work with. I called and scheduled an appointment in the same week. Jesus and his assistant were on time, professional and explained the process thoroughly. They finished in just under 3 hours with before and after pictures. I was very pleased with the results in San Antonio!

Great and quick service. Bryan was able to fix my AC the day I called and at a very reasonable price. He also found and fixed issues the other companies had ignored with a detailed weight up of everything that was an issue and what was done to resolve them.

I was very happy with Bryan coming out on the same day to fix my A/C. There's no extra cost even on weekends as long as it's before 10pm. I appreciate that he used quality made in the USA parts (they do cost more, but are well worth it), rather than cheap foreign made parts that don't last. He also inquired into any rooms that were warmer than usual and noticed insufficient cool air coming into that room. He was able to determine that a new vent could be added despite it not looking possible (the room has a second floor directly above it), and I will have this vent added shortly. After the fix (and checkup), he provided a very detailed report on the state of the equipment and all the measurements taken (iManifold report). I'm very glad a friend had recommended him to me.

I appreciate Bryan and Demus for coming out. My AC is working and I thank you for fixing it. Your apprentice didn't do anything wrong. Customers have the right to decline services and we need to respect that. You fixed my AC and I'm happy about it. The other added stuff you mentioned, I have the right to say "not this time and will call when I'm ready."Your words will reflect on you. You are good at what you do as a HVAC tech , no doubt.

I had three previous companies come out and told me completely different issues about my AC unit and all three told me I needed a new unit. Sherlock Homes came out did a check of everything and told me he could fix the unit. I was so happy that they saved me thousands of dollars. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. The most important part of this experience was that shelock homes was honest and looked out for me. This is the most honest AC company I have encountered in my 26 yrs as a homeowner and Landlord. The first company, sent by Landmark Home Warranty was a joke & con.
The 2nd company, who I called, is very well known but was only concerned with selling me a $8400 unit.

Great service, bryan had advised me the first time he did exceptional work to my system, that my Trane system wasn’t being used at full potential because of the thermostat I had. He recommended a Trane thermostat that would help with humidity and actually have system work at full potential ! I have to admit I should’ve done that sooner! Amazing experience! Had an emergency at my business (clogged drain pipe). Water was leaking heavily. This gentleman responded literally within a minute to my text. He came within 90 minutes and fixed the job in a timely manner. This guy is passionate about his line of work and it shows. I had a previous bad experience with another HVAV company who was unethical which led me to Sherlock. I highly recommend him from one local business to another!

I had a great experience with Sherlock Homes. The owner was very professional and honest, he is also very knowledgeable of his trade and does quality work. I recently had a blower go out and after getting a few price quotes from surrounding businesses he was nearly half the price. Sherlock Homes is a no brainer decision for any of your A/C and heating problems. I’ll be calling again that’s for sure.

As someone who knows very little about HVAC, Bryan went above and beyond to help us get a new system after our previous one stopped working. Rather than just repair and move on, he took the time to properly diagnose and investigate all issues and educated me as to why the existing system and duct work was massively undersized for my home. He was able to secure an amazing system for a great price which is difficult to do because of the supply shortages so that my family was not without AC for a prolonged amount of time. Now that my new system has been installed and the ductwork meets the needs of my home, it’s a night and day difference of comfort. Usually I hate making large purchases like this, but through Bryan’s guidance and expert explanations, I see it more as an investment that’s well worth the cost rather than just an expense. He communicated and kept me informed throughout the entire installation and is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Sherlock Homes AC/Heating and Air is a great company, with a truly honest owner. My upstairs AC unit was running, but unable to keep up with demand. I had a feeling it was running low on freon. I had previously seen him in my neighborhood and gave him a call. He diagnosed the issue, and gave me a range of options to keep my costs down...and the freon in. His prices are very reasonable, and the system has been running without issue for weeks now.

Bryan of Sherlock Homes AC & Heating was at my house within an hour of my call. I was impressed because with the AC out on a hot, humid day my whole family was hot, miserable and cranky. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, added Freon, upgraded the registers in each of the upstairs rooms from builder’s grade to a better quality, and increased the blower speed to efficiently and adequately cool our house. He did all of this within a couple of hours and for under $300!!!! By the time he left, my kids were putting on their hoodies they were so cold. I put my feet up in the couch bundled up in a blanket and told them to go outside to warm up!!!
