He can out on the day of hurricane Delta. He fixed our a/c. He did a great job and was very neat and clean. We will call him again.

Ac was installed inproperly. Units was chocked down causing it to sweat and fry inside components. The unit wasn’t sealed properly causing the unit to suck in hot air which made the condensation worse. It was also found that duct lines were crossed and not sealed to the unit letting out the air. The Company was ininformed and agreed to comeback and correct the issues then was a no show and stopped answering the phone. This company is not an honorable one.

Our A/C broke Monday and we were cooling off mid day on Tuesday with a whole new unit. Everyone who came in and out of my home was respectful and wasted no time getting us back to normal. Brandon even put in a new thermostat on a moments notice. I couldn’t be more pleased with Quality Air. Thanks guys!

They were able to come out very quickly in the days after Imelda, and were very quick to diagnose and repair my A/C problems. They sent two professional and courteous young men. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Our new A/C and heating unit is extremely quiet with no vibration. The 10 year parts & labor warranty and routine maintenance agreement was the best around... Highly, highly, highly recommend! Honest, straightforward and fair! I just wish we would have called them first. We have major issues with our AC unit and the other two companies we called out replaced our thermostat, poured bleach down the drain hole and charged us almost $500 without addressing the real problem. Quality Air took the time to show me the problem, explain why it was happening and then gave me a solution with options! I will not go anywhere else for my AC repair needs.

Will not return calls last two times I have tried to get service. I called office number and Brandon’s number. I also paid for a Mainteance plan they didn’t complete. Disappointing since I used them
to replace two of my units previously.

I never post negative reviews for companies. But “quality” air does not even deserve one star. Not once but twice, a year apart.. 2024 I call about my upstairs AC having issues. They came out (took them 2 days) and they replaced a control board. It was a warranty item. But it was going to take a week for the new replacement part. They said they had one at the shop, that he “thought” was new. It worked. 2 months later I started to have the exact same issue. I called Brandon 4 times left a voicemail multiple times. He finally got back to me after multiple days. He told me to call the office and schedule through them. I did. They “put” me on the schedule for the next day. Nobody ever showed up and I called and left multiple voice messages on Brandon’s (personal cell) and at the office.

Fast forward to may 2025.. again started having issues with AC. I called them on a Monday, they called me back and Scheduled a time to come out the next day. Nobody ever showed up. I called the office (the same number that scheduled my appointment). Multiple times a day and left voicemails. Callled Brandon personally and left voicemails. Nothing. Nothing at all. I told them I had kids, which one of them was a baby. The up stairs was almost 90 degrees for 6 days.

The are a very sketchy company. I chose them because. They are a local company to Winnie. Again, I never leave reviews, and especially don’t leave negative reviews, but I must do it for this company.

Call Sumrall air conditioning in Beaumont. They came out the next day. Fix my issue within 20-30 minutes. For a great price.

Don’t do business with this people.

Nice people, but my dad's AC has been leaking from the FIRST day they installed it on 8/10/2021.

Several return trips (and additional charges) later and still no resolution. The photos were taken 1/2/2023

We used Quality Air last summer.We had all duct work in the attic replaced, a $4500.00 job. The men replaced all the ducts it took a full day. They came back the next day to see if the a/c was cooling properly. We did have 1 bedroom that wasn't cooling at all, so Brandon said he would be back in a day or two to fix it. I'm still waiting, we have called 5 or 6 times noone has even attempted to get back to us. I will definitely not recommend this co. To anyone & will tell everyone I know not to use them, you see I was born & raised here & know everyone, My dad had an electric co. Here for many years so I'm well known. I think it's ashamed that I over paid for a job that was never finished.
