I have used them before with no issues. However, this time was different. I had spoken with 2 different people the day I requested service. Both had told me 2 days, not an issue as it is peak season. I called back on the 2nd day and was told no it would be 2 weeks. How did it go from 2 days to 2 weeks? I can see an extra day or 2 maybe. I have also found out that people who had work orders turned in after mine had already been seen and parts ordered. I believe that my initial assessment did not seem to be an expensive repair so I was pushed off until later...but I have no proof of that. I found a company that was here when they said they would be, assessed the situation and unfortunately found problems I could not see. They ordered the parts and installed a brand new system before this company could even come out to assess the problem.

And no, I will not be calling the office to discuss the situation. You had time to discuss it when I was attempting to get a service call.

Wortham Air has been there when we needed new service or just something fixed. They have also always been there for Wortham’s PostOffice. Today we had a problem, an emergency. I called Wortham air and they answered my call. They put the community first. Thank you Wortham Air.

I have used Wortham Air for all of my AC/heat/insulation jobs. They are professional and fair. The crew is friendly and does a good job. I won’t use anyone else.

January 2025 update: I purchased a new unit in 2020 and have had multiple problems since then. I recently had another HVAC company come out and was told that the initial install was not done properly. I am replacing the 2020 unit and will never use Wortham Air again. And yes, I will be contacting the owner.

Old post: Service techs are awesome! The receptionist is rude and inconsiderate.

I called to have a new HVAC unit installed. They gave me the date and time to expect the installation. They showed up right on time, did the work and cleaned up just as they had told me. I have used Wortham Air for years for scheduled maintenance on my old system and they have always been very prompt.

We are so very pleased with the installation of our heat and air conditioner systems. From the sales guy, David Avila to the installation guys, they were exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. We had a very old system that was installed many years ago. These guys were tremendous in tackling a difficult project with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional project installation.

Excellent work on replacing old air handler with new Carrier air handler. Very professional and there were no problems. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Removed old equipment and left everything pristine. I would highly recommend Wortham Air Conditioning.

Wortham AC really did us GOOD. Everyone we encountered were super sweet and fast acting. They came and did a service call on our AC unit, they found the problem and they quickly ordered the part that went out. They told us it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to come in. Luckily it came in early and they immediately came and got it Installed I can’t think Wortham AC enough for all they did! Great job Wortham AC!

Wortham AC has knowledgeable staff who are professional and skilled. They recently installed an outside condenser unit for my home in about 2 hours. They rerouted the copper tubing as I requested to allow easy access to a nearby door. They provide great service at an affordable price. Highly recommend this business!

We have used this company a few times, however this last time didn't quite go as well. Bonnie, the woman that answers the phone & I believe dispatches the technicians is SUPER RUDE. Customer service is NOT her strong suit, if I'm being honest, she shouldn't be left to talk to any clientele, she will definitely drive business away. I only have one star, because I had to to leave a review, she yelled, was rude and ended up hanging up. Definitely needs to be trained in THIS decade on customer service skills and de-escalation. As a quality assurance professional, I was shocked at her behavior and lack of gumption concerning her manners and her employers clients. I am assuming calls are NOT recorded. David the owner, needs to definitely put her on some remedial probation until she learns how to address the public. They have DEFINITELY lost our business and I will make sure nothing good is said about the service they provided & Bonnie's bad mouth and HORRIBLE attitude. Do not use this company!!
