I would recommend Tyler to anyone needing an appliance repaired. He was knowledgeable and repaired my dishwasher in no time!!! His price was very fair, too! I will definitely be calling him again, if we have another appliance malfunction.

Even though Tyler was unable to help me with service due to my location, he went above and beyond to help me in any way possible! He could have easily said sorry I won’t be able to help you because of your location, but no, he tried to help in every other way possible. Speaks a lot about his character and I can assume he is a reflection of his company.

Tyler came out to repair a washing machine for me today. He brought the necessary part and had it repaired quickly for a very reasonable price!

I called Apex late morning. Tyler fit me in to his schedule. He stayed in communication with me as to when to expect him. He arrived as he said and he was courteous and friendly and he resolved my dryer’s issue in under 1 hour.

Tyler was awesome, hard working, great at figuring out what was wrong with our dishwasher. He was able to work us in the same day I called. He had to order some parts but was able to come back the following day and finish the job. Thank you Tyler!!

Tyler took the time to take a call after hours and came the next day to perform a diagnostic on our washer. He was professional and assisted me in my DIY project. Appreciated his services and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Tyler was transparent about his availability and when he was able to come over, he quickly identified and solved the issue. On top of that, he pointed out areas for future work and referred me to other, more experienced technicians for those issues– speaks a lot to his networking. 10/10 would hire him again.

Tyler was great!!! He helped me over the phone with trying to find parts for the freezer. He came out more than once and only charged us for 1 service call. I will definitely use him for any future services. Just great customer service and helpfulness all around.

I found them through home advisor. Tyler called me back in less than 3 min. He promised to come asap and he did. Very quick and professional manner and very friendly too. Tyler was out today to fix our front load Samsung wash machine. It was leaking and he figured out the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. He is great. This is the second time I have called him. He came to my house over a year ago to fix our fridge which stopped making ice. He is very good.

My dishwasher wasn’t draining and I needed same day service. I called Apex and Tyler was already in the neighborhood and said he could help. He came by and fixed my dishwasher in record time. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Tyler communicated on his timeline for arriving. Replaced old cord on dryer and hooked up washing machine. Also figured out that garage freezer wasn’t working due to faulty wall socket. Will use him again.

Tyler was very quick to schedule a day to replace our garbage disposal. He also notified me of a supplier he has that had the disposal for a lot cheaper than Home Depot did in order to save us money! He replaced it in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

So I made a call for a dryer repair at the end of the day and Tyler said he had a basketball game to go to but still dropped by to help me fix it . He showed up like 3 minutes after the phone call and fixed my dryer in a matter of 20 minutes. This guy was polite, on time and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend him to any clients and I will definitely be using him on any future repair I need!

Very pleased with Tyler's service. He was on time, diagnosed issue with dryer quickly and after picking up the part a few days later, was able to install it within a few minutes at the price he quoted. Sure beat buying a new dryer. On the way out after mentioning he worked on other appliances, he quickly 'fixed' the water dispenser on our fridge and now it works too! Tyler seemed like a honest guy willing to work hard to make a living.

I finally found a great appliance repair service! Tyler at Apex Appliance Services, Wylie follows up quickly, he knows what he is doing and his pricing is very fair. He fixed a complicated problem with my built-in microwave. I am so "done" with other appliance repair companies who have over-charged me, stood me up and sent people out who didn't have a clue about what they were doing. Call Tyler at Apex - he's great!
