Constraction reviews in Wylie, Texas

Approved Roofing was professional from start to finish. Larry was prompt and thorough in the inspection and presented all options regarding shingle style and colors, vents, trim options as well as prices and time scheduling in a competent & understandable manner. He advised & worked with me on my options within my budget range. The roofing crew was on site at the designated time and completed the job the same day, as well as cleanup. The roof was a quality installation. The whole thing, start to finish, was a pleasure to have them do. I do highly recommend Approved Roofing! Thanks Larry!

We had our roof replaced with Approved Roofing. Larry Trotter, the owner, was very professional, responsive and very nice. He explained the whole process from beginning to end. If I didn't understand, he didn't have a problem explaining again. He made time to come out and meet the adjuster. He stayed in touch with me during the process and checked when it was over. That is good service. I would recommend this company.

Hail storm damages in 2003 and 2016 required complete roof replacements, and both were completed by Larry Trotter. His attention to detail throughout the process, from dealing with insurance adjusters to the completion of repairs, was outstanding!

Larry Trotter is a very professional and down to earth person. He explained everything he found when he inspected my roof, discussed in depth the products and the work he would do. He explained his pricing and offered to discuss things with my insurance if needed.

The work was done in one day (I have a small roof), and his crew was professional and they cleaned up the yards really well before they left.

My roof looks really good and neighbors have commented that it looks good.

Larry was Great to work with he was very open and honest about my roof and extremely knowledgeable about roofing. He went way above and beyond to assist me with my roof. I was ready to put a complete new roof on the house and he did a thorough inspection on the roof and explained to me clearly that it really did not need a new roof and that the existing roof could be repaired and last for many more years. He actually talked me into keeping my existing roof and just making the necessary repairs. No other contractor would be that honest. That saved me money to do other work on the house. He is very Reliable and dependable. I highly recommend him.
Thanks Larry. Steven (Dallas)

Approved Roofing did an excellent job in repairing our roof. The owner Larry Trotter is very helpful in working with the insurance adjuster and helping to get the repairs completed in a very timely manner. Great employees and very superior performance. Best roofing company in our area.

Larry and crew put a beautiful roof on my house. I was very pleased.

Also, Larry cut some additional soffit vents for me that were very much needed.

I would recommend Approved Roofing to anyone who is looking for a roofing company that’s reliable and trustworthy.

Thanks Larry and Crew..!!!!

When it comes to Roofing, Approved Roofing is next level. And so is the Owner Larry Trotter. Larry is a straight shooter with superior knowledge of his craft. While doing an excellent job of replacing or repairing the roof, you will learn many helpful tips on maintaining your roof. Larry is very easy to work with. Years ago Larry did a tune-up on my roof. It was getting near time to replace. He came out that morning and when I came home from work that evening, he was still on my roof and it was hot! That roof lasted another 5 years! So if you like a job well done.
Approved Roofing is service in the spirit of excellence!

Larry Trotter Approved Roofing did an amazing job on my roof! He was not only honest but fast and extremely professional. I have used them multiple times at the different homes Ive owned over the years. They were even able to help me navigate the insurance claim process. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Got in contact with a couple different companies, they all said they would get back with me, two did, but only one quoted me for everything I asked for, and that my friends was Approved Roofing. Quote was a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for. The workers did a phenomenal job!

Got the flashing around the chimney, and two valleys fixed. They also replaced some plumbing vent pipes that squirrels got to.

Overall satisfied with the work, the warranty and the time it took the work to get completed.
Thank you Approved Roofing for a job well done!

I had a wonderful experience with Approved Roofing. Some decking problems needed to be repaired, and they took care of them with no problem or extra charge. In that I am picky, I wanted all of my vents and things sticking above the roof line to be a certain color; the company owner was even willing to paint them the color I wanted. I also had them add ridge venting, and they did an excellent job. The owner was very willing to ensure the job was done correctly and allowed me to give my input on every aspect I wanted. I would highly recommend Approved Roofing. I liked the job they did and their can-do attitude, and I think you will too.

Dealing with Larry Trotter at Approved Roofing was as hassle-free as it could be. Process of getting roof Inspected, approved by insurance, roof installed (in 1 day), to follow up on workmanship was a positive experience. Any questions or concerns we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Larry seems very knowledgeable and upfront when dealing with his customers. I felt Larry went over and above to insure we were happy with our finished product. Highly Recommend!!!

Approved Roofing and Larry Trotter provided excellent service. It was a long process with the mortgage/insurance, and Larry was VERY patient! He provided all the information I needed, and this was the first time I had a roof put on my house. They were in and out in one day, did a great job of clean up, could hardly tell they had been here. Highly recommended. Other friends had recommended and had known Larry for many years. Thank you for all your help!!!

We were in need of completely new roof. We contacted several roofing companies, but only one stood out. That was Approved Roofing. Larry Trotter with Approved Roofing did a fantastic job in every aspect. Attention to detail and his willingness to explain any part of the job along the way was appreciated. They covered up any plants, or other items that could be damaged from falling roof as well as covering the pool to prevent debris from falling in. There is a sense of trust and personal touch that comes with Larry Trotter that makes the entire process easier to navigate. The results speak for themselves, the roof came out great and they did a great job of cleanup afterwards!
