Electrical reviews in Wylie, Texas

I had to replace my transmission and it was done at my home. I later found that it needed to be reprogrammed to my vehicle.I contact Daniel @ Direct Connect Programming and Diagnostic. Daniel can out the next day,he was very polite and friendly and got the job done in a short amount of time. I highly recommend. Thank you Daniel.

We are a collision repair facility and auto rebuilder and we were having an multiple programming issues with a new 2025 Toyota Camry and a 2024 Ford Escape that had electronic modules replaced in them after a collision. We tried getting them both programmed from dealers and other diagnostic companies, but they were not able to figure it out. We were then reccomended to reach out to Daniel. He quoted us a reasonable price and came in and took care of diagnosing and programming both vehicles in less than an hour!

Daniel is a professional with a LOT of experience who knows how to do the job right the first time. Thank you Daniel for your help, we will definitely be reaching out to you in the future for all of our diagnostic and programming needs.

Finding a reliable mechanic for my 2008 Saturn Sky, especially since it’s a discontinued brand, has been a challenge. After another company told me they couldn’t work on it due to an issue they couldn’t diagnose, I was relieved to find the CEO, Daniel. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was incredibly detailed throughout the entire process.

He takes photos of everything and guides you through the work as it’s being done, which gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. Truly, he’s a mechanic’s mechanic—thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent. Worth every penny. If you own a car that’s tough to service, especially a discontinued model, I highly recommend Direct Connect ☝️

great company do great work would recomend

Very knowledgeable, expert service- would highly recommend!

We had our master bathroom remodeled. Lighting, electrical, and heater was installed by Nortex. The owner was able to walk me through how many plugs and lights would be needed for optimal use of the space. His crew was also able to do repairs on several of my other outlets and moved an outlet in the living room for our television. They are very professional, dependable, and provide quality service.

Notex electric did an amazing job wiring up our shop Dustin was super nice and easy to work with us I would highly recommend Dustin to anyone

Dustin and his crew are amazing. They are my go to for anything electrical. They have worked on my house, my mom’s house, and several of my other clients needing electrical work. Cannot say enough good things about them and their work.
In a world of 5 star reviews, I give them a 6 🤩

I have had Dustin and his team come out twice and each time they’ve delivered excellent and high-quality service. I wanted a TV mounted to the wall, but wanted the plug behind the TV so my cord would not hang. Due to placement of my wall they had to go through the attic and got the job done perfectly.

They also installed outdoor lighting. My street is pretty dark and the lights add extra security and a more elevated look. Such great work! I will call them again and refer the to others often. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Michael for 12 years now and his guys are excellent when it comes to using subs... I have been very happy with Pettett.

Cancelled first appointment for site survey 2 minutes before they were supposed to show up, re-booked for following day, showed up 10 minutes after their 1hr window. The only electricians out of the 3 we brought in that couldn't give us an idea of the cost of the project before he left. Said he would get us a quote within 2 days, it's been well over a week at this point and still no quotes and no communication of any kind...

Our home is our most important financial investment. Anytime, over the last ten years, we have needed the expertise of an electrician, we have relied upon Pettett Electric. Whether inside or out, we knew that our needs would be addressed professionally and promptly by a skilled and knowledgeable electrician. Michael Pettett and his staff are top of the mark!

First of all great job: very organized, timely and knowledgeable service provided by Mike and his crew of certified, smart, experienced electricians (not someone picked up on the side of the road).
We project-managed our master suite remodel in 1979 house to bring it up to code and make it stand out from what’s offered on the market. We were very particular in finding right contractors to work on the project as the job had to be done to fulfill city’s permits and pass inspections.
Pettett Electric was one of the very few contractors during our project who did what they were supposed to do, on time and very professionally. City approved electrical inspections with flying colors, and said that not only the job was done up to code but in some places exceeded the average code requirements. That’s how I like it!
They were also price-competitive, while the words “city permits “ scared others and made them quadruple the price - pettett Electric came through.

Jose came out to our house to add some outlets and do a general safety inspection of existing wiring.

100% recommend- he worked quickly, was very friendly, and took time to offer tips to us as we are newer home owners with a lot of questions.

Mike has a great team!
