They were horrible. First several hours late with very little to no communication. Then they came in and cleaned but left things a horrible mess. They did not even make the beds. I was charged almost $400 for what was supposed to be a deep clean and the pictures were upon their team leaving my house. I also left a message for them about being very unhappy and they did nothing about it.

MaidsToGo did absolutely fabulous work! We called the night before and left a message, they called first thing in the morning and were able to come out for a full house love our clean that same day!! The women did a wonderful job, and made our house sparkle like it hasn’t sparkled since we moved in!! I will definitely call them again in the future just for everyday cleaning!! Thank you for a job well done!

Worst deep cleaning! I'm not sure how it's all 5 star rating. I fell for it too. I had requested for a move in deep cleaning and you expect it to be move in ready but NO. They did clean bulk of the dirt but did miss a ton of spots and left many cobwebs, left many draws uncleaned, carpet sides still had visible debris, door still had visible gunk, some shades uncleaned and so much more, not what you expect from a "DEEP CLEAN". For the price they charge it's totally worthless! Beware y'all. They broke a few bulbs too and never got back when I report that, all pictures attached. 2 stars because they did say they would come and clean the cobwebs when I reported the issue to them. Over all a bad experience especially when you're moving into your 1st home!

PS They came with only a few days notice before Easter. Price was reasonable for all the work they accomplished.

i had a wonderful time having my carpets freshened up in Wylie. Preston and Bryson, the gentlemen who showed up, were expert, courteous, and took great care with my stuff. they completed the task meticulously, and it really upgraded the look of my carpets. i'd definitely avail their carpet cleaning services again in the future. they even demonstrated me before and after images, highlighting a significant enhancement in the tidiness of my carpet.

first off, thanks for being open, especially with everything going on. trenton was super friendly and did a great job. my schedule changed a few times in one week and they worked with me. bryson showed up on time and got right to work. i was happy with the results. there was a traffic stain in front of the sofa that didn't come out all the way but that's okay. the stairs look amazing! he also sanitized and put protectant on the carpet. i liked how careful he was not to damage my furniture and he even secured the screen door with a bungee cord so it wouldn't blow open.

Shaun was diligent in inquiring about the amount of foot traffic my carpet receives and addressing any concerns I had. He worked swiftly but with great attention to detail, resulting in a carpet that looked fantastic. After the job was done, Shaun walked me through the cleaning process and gave me useful tips on how to best maintain the carpet given its heavy use by kids and pets. I found his additional guidance extremely beneficial! All this was performed by a top-notch carpet cleaning company, right here in Wylie.

ortaga carpet's & rug cleaning does an amazing job! i've used their services multiple times, and i will definitely continue to choose them. they not only provide excellent cleaning, but they also genuinely care about getting everything just right. they avoid unnecessary services and have gone the extra mile to remove tough stains. with three kids and a cat, plus my six-year-old white couch (and my coffee spills!), my couch remains white thanks to these professionals. this is probably the third or fourth carpet cleaning service i've tried, and they are the best by far. plus, their prices are very reasonable!

the team at ortaga carpet's & rug cleaning has done a fantastic job cleaning our rugs this year, with some being cleaned multiple times because of our dog. each time, our rugs were treated with care, thoroughly cleaned, and returned quickly, all while providing excellent customer service. we also received helpful advice on an antique rug and needed repairs. the non-slip pads we bought for some of our rugs have worked much better than what we found online and were competitively priced. i'm excited to expand our rug collection in the coming years, and it's reassuring to know we have such expertise nearby.

so happy with this carpet cleaning service! first, their carpet cleaner didn't need to use my water or drag bulky hoses all over my house. preston was very professional and friendly. they sent a text to confirm my appointment, which fit perfectly with my schedule. preston looked over the spots on my carpet that needed extra attention and gave me a fair quote that didn't cost too much. i usually don't like finding a new carpet cleaner because i'm worried about letting strangers in and paying too much for something simple. but preston went above and beyond, and the cleaning system they use is really different from anything i've seen before. i will definitely use them again!

Amazing service! They did a fantastic job! We were moving into a new home and needed our carpets cleaned on a specific day and time, right after closing and before the movers arrived. Bryson was incredibly helpful in coordinating with us during our tight schedule. On closing day, we faced a significant delay, but Bryson was quick to respond and adjusted their schedule to ensure our carpets were cleaned after the closing and before our move the next day. Despite the stress from the delay, Bryson remained calm and assured us that they would get the job done—and they did! Our original carpet cleaning appointment was set for 1 PM, but the closing finally took place at 4 PM. The technician arrived at 5:30 PM, and the carpets were not only clean but also dry for the movers the next morning! I will definitely recommend Ortaga Carpet's & Rug Cleaning! Great job!
