Update: after getting the advice and it still didn't work, I called to have them come fix it, and they told me I'd get a call the next day. After not hearing back for a week, I was in desperate need for a repair. I called again, said they'd call me back, and I finally decided to go with someone else. The other fuy fixed it by the time tri-phase even got back to me. To give me a quote.

We have them do a lot of our electrical work for Ravn smart home. Great guys, answer their phone and return calls. Recommend for very highly. Dustin and Derek are awesome.

Derek Jensen came out to do some work on my homes lights. Loved the end result so i called and requested for him to come back to do more. Both times he was right on time and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
