Great experience. They communicated clearly, were respectful and careful with the property. We had them grind out 8 root balls in a difficult tight space. They protected the fence during the process. During the root grinding they came and showed me what was possible to do without damaging concrete, and advised me on where I could plant new stuff after. They cleaned up after the mess. Very impressed.

I can't say enough good things about working with Timber Ridge. They were priced competitively. Professional. Punctual. And thorough. Working with Lance was a breeze. They went above and beyond on our job. If you're considering having them do some work for you stop thinking about it and get it done already.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lance at Timber Ridge. I had an emergency situation after a large tree limb blew down and damaged my neighbor’s car. I called several places the next day and Lance was the only one who answered the phone. He came out that day, gave me a great bid within a couple hours, and said he would start the next day because of my safety concerns. Lance and crew showed up on time and did a great job safely removing my huge tree, and cleaned up afterwards. I’ve already recommended Timber Ridge to all my neighbors!

I had a somewhat large tree removed last fall by Lance and he did such an amazing job. Also this week I had them trim a couple of our trees in our front yard. Lance and his crew were wonderful to work with. Super knowledgeable and lots of attention to detail. Felt like they cared for my trees as if they were their own. Lance was quick to come out and get us a quote and always quick to respond to my questions. We got several different opinions and came back to Timber Ridge Tree Service who were great to work with, super professional and amazingly efficient. They removed the impacted tree and left no mess. Kevin the arborist arrived the same day I called to evaluate the several trees that needed to be removed and others that needed trimming. He was very knowledgeable and I received a very reasonable quote that evening. I was on their schedule within a few days. They arrived when they said they would and even helped me to move my heavy outdoor table and chairs a safe distance away. They were efficient and respectful of my garden and property. They left things cleaner than before they arrived. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING! The guys all did such a great job with our tree- they cared for the tree itself really well from the beginning (which matters a lot to us!) and did the job beautifully. They completely transformed our space with their work and made our home everything we hoped for. They cleaned up well and were personable and professional from beginning to end. HIGHLY recommend them and will use them for any other services we need, for sure!

I've been using Timber Ridge for 6 years now because I'm always pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, arriving on time and getting right to work. One of the standout aspects of their service is their clear communication. They explained the process in detail, ensuring that I understood which limbs should and should not be trimmed. They even have laser pointers to help accurately indicate the branches that I wanted trimmed. Not only did they expertly trim my trees, but they also left my yard spotless, using a brush and blower to clean up thoroughly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing expert care for their trees!

Lance was excellent to work with. He took out a tree of mine that had fallen over in a recent storm, that was at risk of causing more damage and destructing power lines. Him and his crew responded within hours to get it taken care of. He also charges a very fair and honest price which is hard to come across these days.

Timber Ridge is great. Had them service a mature maple tree to clear some deadfall and trim away from the house. They were professional and responsive - cared about the tree and it's health and not just about cutting. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Their price AND performance were both better than average so you really can't lose if you need tree services. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They even drove up the canyon to work on my project (I needed to remove 4 trees before I could excavate). *No need to worry, I will plant more trees.

I had a tree fall down in my backyard that was under an electric line and on top of old phone wire. Less than 24 hours after getting a quote that beat the two other companies who came to take a look, the tree is gone and they did a great job cleaning up not only the yard but also the driveway of any debris. Very satisfied and will be going straight to them for any future projects/tree trouble.
