We had the pleasure of meeting Don from groundwork’s this evening. He was incredibly personable and friendly, very knowledgable and displayed a great deal of faith and trust in the company he is a part of. He thoroughly explained the process, answered all our questions and presented us with a clear plan for remediation. Working with tools for a living, I always enjoy speaking with someone who you have no doubt knows exactly what they’re talking about. I would certainly recommend a visit from Don for anyone having issues with their home.

Anthony and Mitch came out to perform some work on my concrete surrounding my house. Anthony was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that was being worked on and what to expect. Between him and Mitch, they were able to address all my concerns and wrapped up within a few short hours. The work was beyond my expectations and I’m a happy customer!

Ashton Gillen and Jake Hansen really came through for me. I knew I had a problem with uneven concrete and cracking walls and had contacted Davenport a couple years back but never heard from them. Last Monday I called Groundworks and by Tuesday at noon I had an inspection, contract, and a scheduled work date. When you have a huge problem, you really need expertise and fast action. These guys really delivered.

I have been so impressed by Groundworks thus far. From Phil's diagnosis of the problem, to his waterproofing solution, he has been so great to work with and has answered all of my questions. On the day of the waterproofing and installation, I was quite nervous because of the demolition that needed to happen, but Brad, Ives and Joseph showed the highest level of professionalism. They explained the entire process for the day, answered all of my questions throughout, and cleaned up so well that it looked like they hadn't even been there.

I have two more projects with Groundworks in the coming months, so I can only hope that things go as smoothly with their concrete solutions as well. Great work guys!

I just want to give a shout out to Christian and his crew, Elmer and Jon who came to repair my foundation. Christian it's very knowledgeable, hardworking and professional. He explained what they were doing, sent pictures of the job progress and finished product afterwards. I'm very happy with the job that they did!

Wade came out to my mom's home today. I had some concerns with floor/joist settling. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, spent a significant amount of time in the crawl space to identify problems. I feel confident in using them. Jared did an impeccable job explaining the causes of cracks in sidewalks/ driveways and how to fix it. Jack Hawkins came out for a free foundation repair quote. He was extraordinarily thorough and helpful in his explanations. I appreciated his time and attention and the various payment options for the project. I have not yet chosen someone for the job but am impressed with Groundworks’ price match option. Would recommend them at the very least for a thorough inspection.

Erik was awesome to work with! He showed up on time, was super friendly, and really took the time to go over everything with me. We had Groundwork install interior perimeter drains and a sump pump in our finished basement after water damage from a recent storm. After dealing with the stress of the damage and everything that comes with it, the Groundworks crew really was a bright spot. They far exceeded my expectations as far as the finished result and took great care to communicate very well throughout the process. If you're hesitating to have them do work because of the expense, it is worth every penny. I would highly recommend for the exceptional quality and the peace of mind. They do great work, and we know we'll have no more water in the basement. Our crew consisted of Dylan, Jaxon, Kevin, & Micah, and they were great.
