I've recently had the opportunity to observe the business and operational strategy of Rubicon and am impressed with their core values and dedication towards providing the best service experience in the industry!

We use Rubicon to service multiple communities that we manage. They always do a good job following the contract and keeping the properties looking nice.

The Rubicon team is very personable and responsive when we need to bid out projects and services. We appreciate their timely responses to our needs.

Great people and great company. We control a lot of commercial properties and Rubicon has always been responsive and on top of any of our needs.

edit: I wasn't talking about the roof. This started when your company started coming to the complex, the roofing replacement hadn't even started yet. While the quality of work being done at the complex I live at isn't bad, the way they treat other's belongings and their own is awful. I had to basically go on a scavenger hunt to find my belongings. Our doormat was face down in mud. Our garbage can was scattered across the lawn amongst other's. They're constantly leaving trash everywhere, whether it's lunch items or their supplies. Our neighbors had a wooden table under their patio, instead of covering items like they did with the second and third floors, they pulled it out on the lawn where it rained the following morning and completely destroyed their table. The complex said they have already addressed it with the company as other tenants have complained, the complex said they'd talk to them again but there's still trash being left behind everywhere.

This company has been contracted for snow removal at my work, they only show up at 4pm after we have already been forced to shovel all the snow out of the parking lot to get cars in and out. They also leave roughly 700lbs of salt in the parking that sticks around in clumps and piles for weeks. Also the big snowstorm we had, they didn't even come that day I could not get in or out of our work parking lot and had to take a day off due to the 2 ft of piled snow at the entrance of the parking lot. And when they do clear remaining snow it gets piled up in the worst possible places.

Rubicon is the most professional and skilled company I’ve worked with. Their attention to detail is very impressive. I would recommend them every time.

Their drivers are the worst on the roads. Every single time I see one in bountiful, they are driving idiotic and dangerously. Driving 15 under the speed limit, stopping at areas where they shouldn’t be (high traffic areas), camping in the median, you name it. The consistency in the bad driving is literally an inside joke between me and my husband

I hired Rubicon to do snow removal for one of my HOAs. Rubicon was sloppy and tore up the lawn throughout the community with their snowplows. Rubicon, Joe W the Acct manager, promised they would go in and do the repairs. However, they have yet to show up and I haven’t heard a word from him again. Don’t use them. They will ruin your property and will not fix it.

The level of communication and professionalism is incredible. Their culture of overcommunication allows customers to receive what they are expecting. Rubicon employees are respectful and professional. Highly recommend to use Rubicon for any future project.

These guys continue to knock it out of the park. They have a great team and really care about our properties. We have used them for snow removal, construction, and lawn maintenance. Would recommend to everyone.

Rubicon has been snow clearing 4 of my properties this season. They have been great keeping the snow cleared and safe this year. Hoping to use them again next year and continue to use their service thru out the years to come!!

This company is actions no words. Meaning last night for about 35 minutes just after midnight, there were three contractors standing basically right outside my front door. They were supposed to be salting the walks…..after 35 minutes of all the dogs barking due to three guys standing around doing nothing, I finally asked them how long they were going to be standing there. Strangely not one of them spoke English and they continued to stand there. Sleep lost on the whole west side of complex. Next time we will just call police to come out for a noise complaint. There is absolutely no reason those three employees should have been standing out there that long. Salt the walks and move on.

They do snow removal for my HOA. The times they have simply not shown after a snow storm is astounding. When they do show - days later - ice has formed under snow and their solution is to throw a ton of salt down and walk away. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not recommend for snow removal services.!

Good movie, good food, great time. Rubicon taking care of their customers

One of your snowplow guys ran a red light , almost hit us ,then sat and laughed about it and flipped us off. We were getting off the freeway turning left to go to working he was coming over the bridge . He had dark hair and continued to flip us off and laugh at the fact that he almost hit and killed us with his plow. He ran a RED LIGHT !!!! GET BETTER DRIVERS THAT ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION !!!! THE FACT THAT HE LAUGHED ABOUT ALMOST KILLING US IS SCARY ! He didn't even care ! He just sat there laughing and flipping us off. If this is the kind of people you have representing your company, then count me out. I will not recommend you to anyone ! Ever ! This man clearly shows the lack of respect coming from your employees. We were scared to death and not a single care given by this employee for nearly taking our lives. The cars around us were in shock as well. You may want to figure out which employee this was and drug test and teach him to pay attention when driving and represent your company a little better. I will never hire you to do any work for me , my family, or friends. Thanks for running a red light , nearly killing us , then laughing about it.

The people that run and operate Rubicon are some of the finest people I have met. I have never had any problems when working with them. They are quick to respond to my communication and quick to take action.

I reached out in September to get Rubicons snow removal service quoted and negotiated early so my HOA community would have services and taken care of when snow arrived. They were proud and boasted about the 200 trucks they had along with the ability to use high tech devices to lay out the street and show where the snow would be piled. I felt very confident our neighborhood would be serviced and taken care of when the snow came. I should have got a clue of the lack of any snow removal experience when I got the preview map of where they would pile the snow. They had it being piled where fire hydrants, trees and bushes exist. Said they would redo it but never followed up. The worst part came when they didn’t show up on the first heavy snow storm and then sent us an e mail telling us they canceled our contract because their immigrant drivers couldn’t get their work visa’s and they didn’t have drivers to service our neighborhood. What a joke! We had to scramble to find another service company and we’re lucky to find one at short notice but a much higher price. Bad business practices and selling a load of BS. I Can’t speak to the construction services they provide but if they are anything like the snow removal, stay clear and seek out a more honest reputable company. They left us high and dry at a critical time. We were not the only community effected by Rubicon. They canceled on 4-5 other related communities we are associated with as well. Do not trust the salesmanship of the sales rep. Inexperienced and misleading to say to least. Stay away from Rubicon!

Rubicon has been one of the best companies to work with. I would recommend using them for your next job. I love working with their team of people they are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
