Any Home Depot can sell you merchandise at a competitive price but this store in Centerville, UT has the best people. They make my shopping for home improvements much less painful because of the world class service the provide. Many people don't realize how many services they offer to do for you. They have plumbers, roofers, door and window installations. Window coverings and flooring of all types. And the list goes on and on. This is not a store just for Do it Yourselfers. A great place to get it done for you and the best part is, they stand by their work and won't be out of business when you need service.

Update from 1 to 5 stars! Home depot inspected the carpet personally and determined that the carpet was wearing at a level that would not be acceptable. They have approved to have the defective carpet taken out and replaced with new carpet. Jon (Store Manager) and the Centerville Home Depot Staff are very good to recognize the issue and take great care of their customer.
This review is in regards to carpet and flooring only. The reason we choose Home Depot to carpet our entire home is our confidence in the products they offer to the end consumer. Only a few months after having it installed, we noticed dramatic traffic patterns and the carpet is actually breaking down. Home Depot stated that the manufacturer required that we have the carpet professionally cleaned even though it had not been near the 18 months as required in writing by Home Depot.
We had the carpet cleaned and of course that did not fix the problem. I have reached out to Home Depot to see how they will navigate this issue from here and feel confident that they will stand behind their product.
UPDATE: The manufacturer hired an inspector and came to the following conclusion:
III. Conclusion:
This certified flooring inspector finds the following:
The concerns with the carpet are due to cleaning/maintenance related issues.
It should be noted that the vacuum brush roller was loaded with hair, which has the effect pressing the carpet down and adding to the cornrowing that is present throughout the installation.
No manufacturing deficiencies were found in this Phenix carpet, nor is there anything here that constitutes wear. The findings are inaccurate because the challenges we are having would been found on the entire floor and not just the traffic areas. Waiting to see how Home Depot handles the situation.
