The man who came to clean our ducts and carpet was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job! I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was a hard worker! He was clean cut and I highly recommend this company! They hire hardworking people! This was well worth it!! Thank you!! Rhonda

Had to call the location to ask when their technician would arrive because it had been two hours past the appt. time. They said my appt. was canceled because the technician (supposedly) arrived and tried for 15 minutes to contact me. I've been waiting at home all day, no one ever knocked at my door, I have no missed texts or phone calls. Now, I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK! for service.

Update:
After receiving service, you won't clearly be able to see all areas where stains remain until it dries. After my rug and carpets dried I had to go over them again to get a better clean and you can see in photos what is still coming out of the area rug after spraying my own pet treatment, which is a service I paid for from them. The only areas I feel confident that is clean are my tiled floor areas. The only reason I sought out their services was to save time and hopefully to get a good cleaning. I don't think this is a deep cleaning business, but if you want to feel clean you could seek out their (surface cleaning) services.

My technician, Eric, was awesome. I was particularly concerned that the cleaning solution would have a scent. It can trigger migraines. Eric let me smell the cleaning solution straight from the container
He sprayed it on a sofa arm cover - outside the house and inside the house. He cleaned the ottoman outside so I could check out the scent there. I brought it inside to see if my nose could handle it. I gave him the go ahead to clean the sofa and it looks brighter! I discussed future jobs with him. I cant say enough positive things about my cleaning experience with Eric. You are lucky to have him as your employee. Jude
