The install was great filter was installed in new location great access, not at ground level it was elevated so I can change it out without bending over magnetic cover is great no fighting getting filter in and out. Thank you!!!

I had Aireo out to do a tune up on my furnace. All the communication before, after, and during the appointment was fantastic. Kyle answered all my questions and did a great job. I also appreciated the estimates they gave me for future work. Will definitely be using their services again.

Matthew inspected our air ducts for us and cleaned the drier vent. He was very helpful, especially since we were trying to coordinate this cleaning of our soon-to-be home from across the nation.

I have not cleaned our ducts in a very long time. They were very dirty. The tech went to every vent in the house and sucked them clean. When they left you would not have known they were even here. I would recommend them with ease.

I had an appointment scheduled and the day of the company called and said the tech didn't show for work, so they didn't know what to do. I understand that things happen but I was the only one giving options. ( can someone else come, is there another company) I took off work to have this done and had scheduled other appointments around this just to be told the tech didn't show up? Unprofessional. Then after I had to call back to see what the plan was, I was told that someone else could come later in the afternoon. Later I got a call saying they didn't have the machine to do the service? Are you kidding me, how do you run a business with one tech and one machine which both happen to be missing? I just didn't feel like my business was important and they didn't try and fulfill their end of the deal. I know only grumpy people usually right reviews but this was a bad experience and I wanted to let other know that there are other companies out there that do a great job and offer great customer service unlike this company.

Ask for JUSTIN! I didn't realize until after Justin had left that my 19 year old son left 900 dollars cash on his dresser top! This cash was sitting directly next to the vent that Justin needed to access in the room. It would have been impossible for Justin to not see this stack of 100 dollar bills! When I went into the room to open the vent, I saw the money and immediately called my son! He had sold his motorcycle 2 days before for $900 and that was exactly the amount that still remained on his dresser. Justin was friendly, efficient, careful, kind and most important HONEST!
